I was working in the garage using my miter saw when suddenly no power. I did all the right things to reset the breakers and GFIs, but could not figure out why the power/circuit breaker would not work. I called several places only to hear they could not come out today. Finally, down the list, I saw Topline from Riverdale and prayed he'd be able to come over ASAP. 25 minutes later he was trouble shooting and saw the problem immediately.
11-13 months ago Sunrun Solar had added panels to my roof and did a complete redo of my panels by moving many of my circuits from the outside panels to a new panel inside. Turns out that one of the "legs" (thick wire) was not tightened causing a loose connection with a potential fire and no power to certain breakers. The miter saw had not been used in over two years. At any time I couldn't dealt with far more issues.
I highly recommend Topline, not because he fixed my issue, but also because he was professional, quick and most of all he came over on a weekend in short notice. I also did not pay an arm and a leg or give up my young son. This was my first time ever calling a professional for short notice emergencies and I'm glad Topline answered the phone

I couldn't tell you if Spencer's electric is over priced or not because none of the electritions in my area responded to my voice mails. He answered when I called and tackled my project the same day. I would use him again. Did very good work. Looks professionally done.

We came home to find a third to half our house without power but no breakers tripped. He showed up when he said he would and had the problem isolated and repaired in 2 hours. We will definitely keep him in our contacts if we ever need him again.

After I refused to accept the BBB F rated company that Fidelity National home warranty tried to send me, I was wary of their next selection, Spencer Electric. However, Derek was super! He quickly diagnosed my problem and made the repairs so my electric was fully restored. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services in the future!
