Hired a company that’s says 7 day a week same day service. They came out and claimed the needed to rebuild my whirlpool dryer. Paid them over 200.00. 2 loads of drying later it was making the same noise. Can’t use the dryer. Called to get them to come back only to find out they are NOT 7 days a week as they don’t work weekends. Asked to speed to a supervisor who said she was the supervisor. Asked to talk to the owner. She said send an email but I should know she would be the one to respond.
Totally unacceptable response. They don’t care about customers and have no integrity
Go someplace else!!!
