This guy's did an awesome job in my house. It was a good experience. He was on time, friendly and did a great job. I mean, I thought I was ready to give up on this flooring here and carpet, but he really brought it back to life. And it surprised the heck out of me when I saw we was able to do it. I would definitely use him again. And recommend him to anybody that's looking for a good professional cleaning at their house or business.
Do you have any two thumbs up?And I want to thank him again.Appreciate you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Yelp Review Draft for A1 Restoration
Title Suggestion: Plus 1 Restoration is AMAZING! They Saved My Carpet and My Sanity!

We were unfortunately displaced from our home due to an extensive water leak, and Plus 1 Restoration was the company assigned to handle the final cleanup and restoration. I am so incredibly thankful for the work they did—it was truly first-rate.

They performed a complete, top-to-bottom cleaning—not just a quick wipe-down, but a meticulous cleaning of the walls, windows, and every single surface. The entire house was left absolutely spotless, with zero dust remaining from the construction work.

The most remarkable part of their service was the carpet cleaning. I was convinced we would have to replace the carpet entirely; I thought it was ruined. However, their team worked a miracle! Seriously, multiple friends and family members have walked in and asked if we bought brand new carpet!

In a very stressful time, Plus 1 Restoration provided perfect service and relieved a huge worry by saving our carpet. If you need a restoration and cleanup company that goes above and beyond, you will not find a better, more professional team. Highly, highly recommend Plus 1 Restoration!

Thank you Lorenzo and Wade for making right an unpleasant experience.

Safety is their strong suit , clean, experienced $$$ is made here

They dont pay ou to drive their company vehicles to the job. And the pay sucks

Terrible company. Drivers are incompetent. Workers can't direct traffic properly. Road is always worse once they are done with their job then it was before they started

I try getting ahold of the office and I always get forwarded. Business definitely not good if I can never get an answer

Completed some work for SC Edison at my house, were cussing and swearing the whole time, one of them even urinated in a Gatorade bottle in his truck. I told him we have a bathroom hello! Low class and unprofessional in all aspects!

The crew kept me informed as to what was going on each step of the way and how long I would be without electricity, etc. The crew was professional and nice and did an excellent job removing and replacing the concrete area where Edison had to replace the electrical lines. Looks like new....beautiful workmanship on the concrete replacement. Thank you from Tamarisk Street :)

I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for your crew working on Highline Rd in Tehachapi, CA. These people are some of the safest and most courteous not to mention industrious people I have ever seen. Not one time have i seen any one of them leaning on a shovel, taking an extra minute for break or in any way short cutting thier job.
Having been raised around various types of construction I am awed that this crews safety and cooperation is seen by an outsider as exemplary. They ALL work as a team and it shows. I am sure they do not get praises very often but I hope this gets to them as they are a super team of people. I feel for them when some of the drivers in this area are discourteous toward them doing a very demanding job. Super work, crew keep up your good work.

Thanks from a person who appreciates your hard work.

This is just a review on one of their employees being so impolite, disrespectful and rude.
I’d even try to let him know what he was doing was wrong but he didn’t care and he’d say so. (I don’t care, do whatever you want.) and so that’s what I’m doing. I’d try to call the office but they do not answer the phone.
Employees being part of a business trying to make good reputation for so many years shouldn’t treat anyone like this guy is doing. If he’s a bad person, he for sure is a bad employee. He didn’t even care I was taking him the pics.

Excellent company, people and work. Very impressed with everything about them. Fast friendly estimate. Work performed as promised and extremely neat. They cleaned up everything and everywhere they worked. Thank you again.

Called for estimate and got professional money saving advice. I appreciate him taking the time to advise me on how to remedy my situation if it were his home. The only downfall is now I have no need to hire anybody, yet, when I do, JM Plastering will be my only call. Thank you and based on all your reviews, you will always have plenty of work.

I highly recommend Jonas and JM Plastering. He completed stucco work at my house and blended it great with the existing stucco. It was a smooth process from quoting, contracting, describing the timeline and service, to completing the job. He was fair and upfront. Team was on time and completed the job as expected. Great communication throughout the entire process by email, text and phone. I will be calling Jonas again. Not a single complaint from me.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Joonas and his team did. The stucco work on the house looks great! He and his team were always on time and professional. I definitely recommend JM Plastering to any home owner who is looking to improve the look of the home!

We hired JM Plastering to patch a wall after installation of a new circuit breaker panel. Jonas was quick to respond to the request for an estimate, and his pricing was fair. On the job, Jonas was very professional. His prep work was meticulous and we are very happy with the finished job. We are particularly pleased with his ability to match the existing stucco finish.

Jonas from JM Plastering Inc. completed a project for us not long ago. Jonas and his crew did an excellent stucco job on the entire house. He
was very professional, efficient and took care of business as promised. I've been recommending him to friends and family ever since. Great job Jonas! Thanks again for taking care of us.
