Constraction reviews in Riverside, California

Guyou Construction installed by solar panels and did a fabulous job. They were professional and very thorough. The installer was very nice and we had a great conversation about the panels and how they worked. When he left, he made sure that the area was clean and everything was put back to normal. I would highly recommend this construction company.

Great company experience exceptional workmanship, Luis Godinez took the extra steps to ensure quality of work solar panels are up and look good, Will work with them again.

Guyou Construction did our solar panels and battery installation. All the crew are well trained. They not only did good job for the installation, coordinated with city for approval, also they always left the site nice and clean. It’s been more than 6 months, the system they installed for me is working perfectly. Job well done! I truly appreciate it.

This company came out took care in installing our new panels. They made sure to measure each beam in our open beamed ceiling so the screws didn’t come through our ceiling. When they were done they made sure our property was cleaned up. I would recommend this company to take care of your solar needs.

The installation of 20 solar panels and 2 Tesla batteries was done in a professional and timely matter. The team lead answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. We had a few since we are new to the solar panel club. The city and fire inspections went flawlessly due to the good work the Gayou team did. Our system has been working great so far.

We recently had solar panels installed by this company and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience from the initial consultation that Sunrun provided, to the final installation. The team was professional effective, on time and knowledgeable. The solar panels are working great, and we’ve already noticed a significant decrease in our energy bill. Would highly recommend this company.

Guyou installed our solar system. They were on top of their communication and updates. They were nice enough to follow up and make sure everything was to satisfaction. We didn't necessarily choose our installer, however, we are happy to have had them take care of us. If you have a choice, I recommend going with Guyou!

Guyou was great to work with in almost every way. Very communicative, great to work with while they were on site at my house, and they did a great job with the overall install.

The big issue is that they didn’t follow the instructions my solar company provided to install a portion of conduit in a way that would leave an unobstructed area for me to build a roof deck. After they completed the work, I signed some paperwork acknowledging that they had completed the work. My solar rep later went onto the roof to inspect the work and realized their installation didn’t match the instructions provided. However, since I signed the paperwork, they declined to take responsibility to correct the mistake and said I would have to pay about $1,500 to make the correction. In hindsight, I wish I would have gone on the roof myself before signing the paperwork. It would have been nice for them to suggest that I do that to make sure everything was in order before signing the paperwork. If I had done that, then apparently they would have corrected it without a charge. The fact that they weren’t willing to correct it after the fact feels like they’re getting away with a mistake based on a technicality. Shame on me I guess.

Guyou Construction installed our solar panels. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They talked us through the whole process and even cleaned our yard afterwards. Marissa is great and will communicates through the entire process. Highly recommended!!!

Guyou construction took on my solar project after 2 years of being passed around between subcontractors that kept stringing me along and then quitting. Guyou was very communicative and professional throughout the project. They noticed some major errors in the original installation that would’ve jeopardized the integrity of my home if ignored, and worked intently to make sure it was covered and repaired immediately. I really appreciated that I had weekly communication regardless of whether I was booked for services that week or if it was bad news, they stayed in contact with me and returned my messages quickly. I would highly recommend this team.

Sounded good to start, but has under delivered in all manners.

1. Guaranteed us that the 19 additional panels installed to our already existing 16 panels on our 3700 sq ft house would be enough to cover more than 130% of our current usage; therefore resulting in no electricity bill. FALSE, Still getting an average bill of $100 a month.

2. During installation, drilled hours into roof, causing leak on a rainy day and then failed to take ownership and go back on the roof to fix it.

3. When we had XMas lights installed, it was that individual that informed us of all the broken tiles on our roof that was left behind.

4. Said that we would able monitor generation and consumption of the panels alongside the original set of 16-panels. WRONG AGAIN. Each system reads the other generation units as consumption so we cannot get an accurate reading of generation. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW, DONT GUARANTEE SOMETHING YOU ARE IGNORANT ABOUT.

5. This one is my oversight... The finance charge for the cost of the solar was 3% more expensive than the solar panels itself. Cost was $28k, finance charge was $32k... Paying $60k for panels that are not working as was agreed upon.

6. When my husband called to speak to representative about the efficiency of the panels and asking for service tech, the customer service rep said that they would schedule someone for TODAY. When my husband calls this morning to confirm, they customer service rep said that the individual coming will speak with Jason about additional panels..... WTH!!! NOOOOOOOOO the visit was to be about the inefficiency of the existing panels not producing what had already been promised, why in heavens name would we sign up for more!!!

WOULD NOT recommend doing business with this company. Just choose another company.

These guys did a good job installing solar and batteries on my house. Very neat and professional.

John had a 1 hour arrival window, but was there right at the beginning of that start time. Got a paint sample, then picked up the well matched color, and had all the conduit perfectly covered, well before city inspector arrived. So, on time, and work completed as stated.
Recommended? YES.👍

I really appreciate the professionalism provided by Guyou Construction. Our solar panels were installed by another company, but after experiencing issues our solar provider connected us with Guyou Construction who provided top notch care and service. They scheduled us quickly, and followed up to ensure that project was completed to perfection. The employee who came out to our home was professional and solved our issue very quickly. I really wish we could have used them first. Excellent! I would highly recommended them to anyone in need.

I had a fantastic experience with Guyou Construction! After having solar panels installed, we noticed a leak in our roof. We called Guyou Construction, and they responded quickly, sending out a highly professional team. The crew was knowledgeable and efficient, identifying the issue right away. They not only took care of the leak fast, but they also went above and beyond by repairing the ceiling and making it look as good as new. The quality of their work and their attention to detail were exceptional. I highly recommend Guyou Construction for anyone needing reliable and top-notch roofing or repair services!

This is the best prices and installation process we got for solar in inland empire. 100% recommend!

Guyou did the install for my Solar project, and I will say their entire team took time out to explain the process, answer my many questions, and I can honestly say did an outstanding job. Normally with 2 powerwalls, an inverter and all the other lines, your house can end up looking like a mess. These Guyou folks made paint matched all the piping, and left everything beautifully done. Highly recommend these folks.

Guyou Construction did a great job installing our solar panels on behalf of Sunrun. The team was efficient, respectful, and left the work area clean. The installation looks solid and professionally done. I’m very happy with the results.

The replacement of the Enphase Gateway was successful and quickly completed. The technician was efficient, cooperative and kept the area clean .

Got the replacement roof down quick and it looks great. Also went beyond expectations by correcting problems with original roof installation!

Great company! They came to my house on time and started working as soon as they got here. They installed a new solar system operated by sunrun and i must admit everything looks great! Very professional and would do business with again.
