Working in Property Management for nearly 12 years as a Maintenance Supervisor, Dye Pool Company has been one of the best Pool Cleaning Companies that I have hired. For the past year, Evan & his team have continued to keep up on our large Apartment Community by keeping our 4 pools & 3 spas extremely clean & functioning properly. Evan’s communication with myself & the Property Manager is exceptional. This communication when repairs are needed is vital in keeping our pools & spas up to code. In addition to equipment repairs, Dye Pool has very competitive pricing when it comes to equipment replacement & pool deck concrete replacements. A huge plus that Dye Pool provides is the electronic pool logs that are emailed upon each visit, including photos. Dye Pool has been providing such amazing service, they continue to contract with several other properties within our Property Management Company. I hired Dye Pool Company to repair my $5,000 fountain my front yard when the motor blew out. The owner came to my home and assessed the issue prior to committing to validate it was repairable. He showed true integrity by evaluating prior to just saying yes and taking my money. He told me upfront that the fountain was repairable, however due to its structure and the placement of the motor, he would have to purchase the smaller motor so he can fit it clean in the limited space. He told me up front that it was last approximately 2 years and told me the price and why the price point was higher by explaining to me how he would have to maneuver the tight spacing without breaking anything. He was correct. Not only was the job done perfectly, but it lasted over 4 years, instead of 2. DYE Pool Company over delivers expectations which allowed me to trust the company brand and their integrity. Whole heartedly recommend! I would give 6 stars if I could.

Evan was referred by a local pool supply co. I had a pool repair ,person, however, he had retired. I was very happy with Evans' work. He figured out what the problem was with the equipment and made the repair in a timely manner. He always let me know when to expect him to arrive, his price was fair. I reached out to Evens Dye Pool Company due to seeing them go to my neighbors house to maintenance their pool. I needed a green to clean service! (My pool was pretty bad) After reaching out to Even, he had a technician come the following day to look at the pool, and we came up with a plan the same day! I was on time crunch to have the pool clean, and this company did not disappoint me at all! My pool looks amazing!

Day after Christmas the pump for my pool just quit and with the wind, rain, debris I needed to get it back on quickly. I had Evan Dye’s number from a couple of years ago when my pool was so green you couldn’t really see the bottom and he came out and within 3 days it looked perfect and has stayed that way. This time I called and Evan quickly answered and listened to the situation and said he could guide me to fix it. Sent pictures he asked for. He sent back pictures circling the switches I needed to turn off for 5-10 minutes, then turn back on. I followed his instructions and the pump instantly went back on. Evan has always been very cheerful and helpful. He is pleasant and trustworthy to do business with.
