Stephan Bollin helped a ton on designing and then providing drawings of how the 4000+ driveway pavers would look. I was impressed with the drawings, but you know drawing is the easy part. The driveway actually turned out more impressive than the drawings. Stephan was attentive and on site with the demo crew and the installation crew. His knowledge of construction and design makes the homeowners decisions a breeze. Would not hesitate to introduce him to family and friends. Bollin will get you rollin down you new driveway!

We recently completed a paver and landscaping project with Stephan Bollin at Black Diamond Pavers and couldn’t be happier! We have a very small front yard and back patio that we wanted to maximize and Stephan’s vision really came to light. Even all our neighbors were impressed with not only the work, but how quickly the entire project was completed in less than 2 weeks (including demo, new pavers, hardscape, drainage, drip irrigation and planting). After the project was completed, Stephan even checked in on us to see if there were any issues or problems as their work is guaranteed, which gave us peace of mind. We are very happy with the work that Black Diamond did in transforming our very boring front yard into the best yard in our neighborhood. Our yard and driveway slope steeply from the street to our house but our Project Design Specialist Stephan Bollin was able to incorporate the slope into the design. We obtained quotes from 4 companies and Black Diamond came in significantly lower than the highest quote and very close to the lowest price. Stephan suggested several changes to the overall design that saved us money and still gave us a stunning front yard. The job was completed within the allotted time frame and the crew worked long hours every day including a holiday to keep things on schedule. We encountered a couple of unexpected issues during construction, but Stephan communicated the problems right away and offered a few options to rectify the issues. This was a large project, but it only required 3 change orders to work around the issues and the final cost was very close to the initial contract price. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephan Bollin and Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape to anyone looking to do a landscaping job. They will be our first call if we need more outdoor work done in the future.

System Pavers does a great job designing custom hardscape to enhance the look and feel of your property. We had a basic concrete path that was just a typical boring path that didn’t do anything special. We evaluated several options and settled on System Pavers due to their strong reputation and customization options. Don’t get me wrong, they weren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We’ve had a problem or two (my fault) and my go to guy Cesar is always just a phone call or text message away. If he doesn’t actually answer on the first try, Cesar always gets back to me within the hour. Customer service can make or break a company and Cesar is doing a fantastic job of making a good company/product even better.

We’re just getting started with our backyard turf installation with System Pavers, and I already feel confident we’re in great hands. Cesar has been fantastic at site managing — super communicative, organized, and making sure everything is off to a smooth start.

From the original bid to the turn key product, System Pavers delivered. Heard as an advertisement on KFI, I decided to give my first bid to this reputable company. Working in the construction industry and understanding lowest bid isn’t the way to go, System Pavers was right there in the middle of the pack, which I expected them to much high based on their experience of project. We started the process with Jon Arnette (Sales Represented). Jon was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process and was present even after the sale. During the contracting process, I was concerned with several intricacies of our project, existing pool, coping, planter boxes with veneer, and limited space. Jon took the time to job walk with me and his Construction Manager Roger Torres to put to bed my concerns. Before the work commencing, Cesar Alvardo (Project Manager/Superintendent), Jon, and installation team (Alberto Rivera and crew) walked the job going over every detail and the expectations of the project.

Day 1: Rivera and crew protected in place our pool, covering it with fabric and ensuring no debris would fall in the pool. They manned our project with 8 guys and demo’ed roughly 900 square feet of concrete in one day. Demo included and was not limited to breaking of all concrete, hauling broken concrete offsite, and the beginning of scarifying the soil filled with palm tree roots. Each day this crew was at our residence they were polite, courteous, and best of all cleaned up after themselves without asking. They broom swept our driveway daily and ensured it was better than we left it before the commencing of work.

Day 2: Pavers were delivered, 8 large pallets to be exact. Rivera and crew completed scarifying the soil and began to compact the base. They installed geotextile fabric followed by sand and recompacted.

Day 3: Pavers installation began. Our design consisted of a 50/50 blend of 2 pavers which added complexity to the installation. Rivera and crew (4 guys at this point) installed 95% of the paver in 1 day and I was blown away by their productivity. These guys knew what they were doing and at this point I knew I was in great hands.

Day 4: They continued with the detailed work of the pavers, which included all the cuts to make our project look like a commercial project. Rivera and the crew worked on drainage detail, border detail, and installation of slim channel slot drain.

Day 5: Rivera and crew finished our project, on a Saturday and they could have come back on a Monday but they must have seen my wife in kids stirring in the slider wanting to use our pool. On the final day, they completed all the final details which included re-installation of planter veneer previously installed, final compaction of pavers, checking of final flow and elevations, and epoxy grouted the paver joints. They removed all material and debris and removed the protection in place of our pool.

So impressed from bid selection to completion of the project, I will be having System Pavers back in several months to renovate our front yard. Thank you System Pavers and team for making this an easy process. If I could give an additional star, I would.

Cesar, Thomas, Eder and the whole team were awesome! I’d work with them again in a heartbeat. We showed our neighbor how our yard turned out and she loved it so much she contacted system pavers to do her backyard. The whole team is super knowledgeable, and their skill level is beyond. They were so patient while I asked to a of questions and even changed some plans on the fly. They were also great if giving me design recommendations based on deferent jobs they’d done in the past. System Pavers came through in a big way for our backyard needs. We had a bad experience with another hardscape company. Mike came out and walked us through several options and was able to give us several quotes so we could nail down what we needed. Cesar, the project manager, came out before we signed the contract and was able to point out issues that we may have with drainage and gave solutions so we could make sure Mike included them in the work.

Once the work started Rivera and his crew were able to demo the back and side and get the pavers installed all within a week. The crew was there everyday, made sure that everything was cleaned up each day, and did quality work.

We are very happy with the outcome and can't wait to reach out to System Pavers when we are ready to complete the backyard and start on the front of the house.

This is my second time using System Pavers for a project. The first was some paver pathways in my backyard. Those were perfect. This time I wanted a putting green. The work has always been professional and efficient! The crew always shows up early and works hard. Detail is important to them. Both times they exeded my expectations! The whole process from System Pavers was stress free. The appointment was quick and Mr.Mike explained the install and price down to the cents. I appreciated the communication from the project manager Mr. Cesar. Who let me know step by step, the times of who will be showing up and when. Overall, I am very please with work and so are my dogs.
