Well this is gonna be a long one. I’m 80 days into the repairs. I was originally told it was 2-3 week job. No I didn’t believe that when I heard it, but I sure as hell didn’t expect 3 months, and it’s still not done. I had a flood and all they had to do is replace drywall and paint. They want me to pay extra to replace the outlet and light switch covers. The project manager was a joke and lied constantly.
I’ve been going back and fourth for like 20+ days just deciding how they want to compensate me....... more to followJune 12, 2018 update...
7 days since my original post and they still haven't resolved anything for me. Actually they haven't even responded.
and to be clear its easily been since around April 20th'ish since any workers have been to my home.Wow still no resolution 150 days........
It took them like a 3-4 days short of a month to respond or review a offer. I think I’ll take just as long if not longer to reply back since that seems to be an acceptable amount of time.
