I booked Charles to give an estimate for work. The work was scheduled for 10 am on a Tuesday a few weeks ago. He wasn't here when scheduled so I sent a text. He responded immediately that he was running late and would be here at 1:00 p.m. That was the last I heard from him. Unfortunately I can't trust a business that does not follow through with their commitments.

Where do I start!! I had been looking for an electrician for 2 weeks while my sons room & my guest room was out of power. Two other electricians stood me up and I felt like giving up hope! Then today, I started looking again for an electrician to help me and I came across Charles at All lights Electrical. From the beginning, he was so nice to and eager to help me! He was trying to help me figure it out over the phone! When I got home I called him at 7pm and he was really nice again and super eager to help me! I felt like he was my family electrician that’s how patient he was with me. He walked me through everything on the phone, explained everything step by step and helped me find the breakers that I never knew I had!! And just like that!!! Wahhlaaahh I had lights!!! He didn’t charge me, he was more happy that he could help! I am beyond grateful and will forever be a customer! You just don’t come accoss too many good people that just do things from the heart these days! I’ve already scheduled him for a service for something else! Thank you so much again Charles you humanity is refreshing!!
