I had called Tulip Carpet Cleaning for my last day on the lease for a requirement of owner. They did not show up! I looked up anyone in Riverside and got Al's Affordable Carpet. He came within 30 mins and had the job done by 3, just in time for rental keys to be given to management! Al scrubbed and extracted 3 rooms with deep pet treatment leaving the carpet smelling fresh!! Highly recommended from the 92506 neighborhood!! Cousin to the Wood Streets!!

Amazing work for the price! Very professional, kind and outgoing! I highly recommend him and his services! I called Al the week of thanksgiving to set up cleaning my old couches I was giving to my grandparents he was extremely nice and accommodating. He was timely and the couches look a million times better we will be customers for life!

George was incredible! He worked so hard to make the old carpet look like new! We just moved into a home that hadn’t had the carpet cleaned in years. It was really sad looking. But now it’s beautifully clean. It actually looks much nicer than I expected. In fact, the living room and dining room look brand new! Friendly knowledgeable did a great job looks great fast. I would recommend him for your carpet needs so I could take a picture, but it wouldn’t be fair to take The carpet is over 30 years old came out real clean

Amazing! Place looked brand new which was shocking because the carpet was in rough shape. Will, in South Orange County was a legend! I forgot to get a few things ready beforehand, but he took care of it no problem. Great guy and great service. Only took a video so I could only screenshot one pic, but looked great!

Our tech was Julio. He was great and did such an amazing job from start to finish. He did a good walk through with us and explained the process well. He removed troubled areas that we weren’t sure he would be able to. He was so thorough and we were thrilled our 20+year old carpets look almost new! We would recommend Julio and Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

Very professional and on-time. Our couch looks amazing and they even applied scotch guard to keep it clean longer. They knew exactly what we needed and even made time to add on a grout cleaning service. Everything dried quickly and there was no chemical or soapy smell. Very satisfied!

Maurice did a great job!! He showed up on time and explained everything very well. I have a very large dog that leaves the house smelling like dog, but Maurice was able to get the smell out. He was extra attentive to the room the dog stays in most of the time too. I will definitely have them come back in 6 months to do my carpets again!!

Branden our carpet cleaner did a great job in cleaning our family room carpet. He pretreated snd thoroughly cleaned and also spiked the protective coat. Very satisfied with his work.

However the rugs look good as usual. However my floors are weird. There is white haze in areas I am now rewashing my floors. For the money I spent I should not have to redo areas.
