I’m writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the carpet cleaning service provided on 10/26/25]. Not only was the cleaning itself substandard—with stains still clearly visible and no noticeable improvement—but the overall result did not come close to the professional service that was advertised.

To make matters worse, I took a day off work specifically to be home for this appointment, which resulted in lost income and wasted time. I expected a high-quality job, but instead received a service that was rushed, careless, and frankly unacceptable.

I am requesting the following:
1. A full refund for the service, or at minimum, a significant partial refund.
2. Compensation for the inconvenience and time lost due to taking the day off work.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by leaving public reviews and potentially filing a complaint with consumer protection services.

I hope we can resolve this professionally and quickly. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Great friendly and professional service. Techs were experienced and took time to explain the process. We had carpet and grout cleaning. Outcome was amazing and the best cleaning I have had from any previous company. I would not use anyone else in the future and would highly recommend First Class to family and friends. Customer service gets an A+ for returned call, timeliness and clean-up. By the way, our carpet is light beige and high quality. You can trust this company!!

First Class Floor Care took great care of me and my family. We just had a newborn and we have two cats (which somehow locked themselves in the babies nursery For up to 4 days when we went to the hospital for labor) to make a long story short, our carpet is back to being fluffy, clean and smells great!
