They were very helpful in diagnosing the problem and making an appointment to apply the solution, in a timely manner. Umberto was very cooperative and helpful in setting up the time of the appointment and helping us know how to help prevent further problems.

Very professional and knowledgeable employees who have treated my twisted juniper tree. I thought I might have to cut it down or pour a lot of money into it to keep it healthy but they came up with a very good plan for maintenance to keep it healthy that saved me the money that I needed to save.

SIMs is truly a magical tree service. The arborist that came out to my home has a professional arborist certificate. He was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My issue is Tortoise Beetle larva falling from eucalyptus trees and the live larva in the trees eating all the new growth leaves and popping all over my back patio. The treatment worked on my trees within 36 hours. After 3 weeks of sweeping and cleaning the back very morning from about 100 larva and poop galore, I have my back patio back! My neighbors who also felt the effects of the tortoise beetle are very pleased with the results. No more mess. I’m continuing the every 6 months of maintence to deter the pests from coming back to my trees. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

I've been using Sims Tree Service to maintain the health of my three olive trees for the past six years. The technicians at Sims are extraordinary certified arborists and are well respected in the industry. I will continue to use their services and follow their advice through the coming years.

I have been using Sims for a number of years to care for my trees. The trees are critical to giving us privacy from a school yard and street. Robin has been my go to person throughout and we have had excellent results with everything she has done. I see using Sims as an excellent investment in our property.

Very professional experience with Sims. Scheduling was smooth. I received a call the day before the appointment with a two hour window and then a call the day of the appointment, 30 minutes before arrival. Logan, the arborist performing the work, showed up on time, is very knowledgable, and treated the tree right away. Within minutes of completing the work I received a copy of the report. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service I got from Levi and Sims Tree Health Specialists. I had a very sick 20 year-old Mayer Meyer Lemon Tree That I know will get the carrot needs to go on another 20 years.
    Thank you!

I was so impressed with Levi’s knowledge regarding a small orchard I have in my backyard with stone fruit, avocado, and citrus. He gave me such thorough advice on how to get them to produce more fruit. He simply explained it to me to where it made so much sense. He treated them appropriately to where I should reap a great harvest in the spring/summer. Bravo to Levi!
Also, he was very knowledgeable about a little beetle that has been attacking a tree in my front yard. He systemically treated it so that when the larva hatch, they will feed off the tree and die. Brilliant.
Levi answered so many questions for me on all my trees, and spent a lot of time showing me things and teaching me things about my trees, and what I can do to help them along. Also, he said I could text him if I Forgot to ask him a question. You don’t see that kind of service anymore. Whoever hired Levi should hire all their employees. He is outstanding with knowledge and Customer Care. Absolutely outstanding I would give him 10 stars if I could but it only goes to Five. Ask for Levi, you will not be disappointed.🙌 🌳🌲 📣 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻🤸🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good company and great service. Been using Sims for over a decade. Fruit trees are older but you wouldn't know it. Give them a try. Prices very reasonable.

Be careful !! This company charges astronomical fees and does not provide professional service. I was referred to them by my gardener to look at a few canary palms that looked sick. They quoted me $450 and wanted prepayment which was a little concerning, but I needed them looked at so I complied and made payment. Upon arriving the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing and said it looked like they were dead but said he would do a lab test to make sure. He was there for no more than 15 minutes. A few weeks later He sent a report stating the trees were fatal and would need to be removed, there was no saving them. Along with this was another bill for $250 that I was unaware of the extra charge.
One of the trees was about 25' tall and worth approximately $30k so I wasn't quick to cut it down.
Well long story short I had another tree guy look and he said they were fine, just need to be trimmed properly. Well that was 7 months ago, I had them trimmed and they are thriving.

    So $700 for what ??

Beware, these guys are unqualified and scammers.

Also, notice most of their reviews are 3 months old......hmmmm.....sounds a little fishy.

This summer I called a local pest control company to look at what turned out to be a leaf beetle infestation of the 7 eucalyptus trees on our property. This company had no idea what these beetles were nor how they could treat the great problem which would have eventually killed all 7 trees. I contacted Sims Tree Health Specialists, Inc. They sent a consultant out within 2 days, identified that the beetles were from Australia, had been in my area for about 2 years and had a spraying solution for the problem. In another 2 days, a Sims spray specialist came and sprayed all 7 trees. Within a week, beetles were dropping like flies at the base of the trees. All 7 tree are now free from the infestation. Sims acted quickly, efficiently and safely (we have a bulldog, and I take care of 2 small granddaughters who love our backyard). I am indebted to Sims Tree Health Specialists, Inc. for their knowledge and quick action to solve my beetle problem.

We have been using Sims Tree Service for several years with great success on the tree's health and appearance. Prior to their service starting we had large branches breaking and discovered the tree had boring beetles. The service team is great and the technicians are outstanding with the treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was concerned about 2 large trees close to my front door. I called Sims because of their ratings and because they are a local company. Ken came and inspected the trees and advised me they were healthy and deep rooted and a low risk, even in Norco winds. i now feel comfortable keeping the trees, which provide much needed shade in the summer. Thank you Sims!
