I hired Lux Cleaning for a deep clean of my one-bedroom, one-bath apartment (including the kitchen, living room, and dining area) and was charged $423. I chose them because of their extremely good reviews, so I was expecting a really thorough and high-quality cleaning.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t live up to those expectations. Many areas were clearly overlooked—items weren’t moved to dust behind or around them, which is something I would expect from a true deep clean.

I wish this platform allowed photo uploads because I have pictures that show what was missed. On the positive side, the cleaners were professional and courteous, which I appreciated. I was also offered a $20 discount on a future service for my troubles, but based on this experience, I don’t plan to use the company again.
