Fred and his team did a significant overhaul of our beds near our house. It was tough work, lots of roots to dig up and soil to move around, and the end result is exactly what we wanted - clean, and ready for cactus. They also fit in some cement work at the same time. They showed up early each day, kept things nice and tidy, and were super easy to work with. Fred is a perfectionist so he'll make sure all the details are exactly what you want before getting started. We'll definitely work with them again.

Fred and his team just finished work on my backyard and it was a positive experience overall. The total project took about 4 days. This included among other things, power washing a lengthy wall and installing stabilized dg with almost 50 stepping stones. I appreciated their meticulous effort and grateful that my family and I can finally enjoy a cleaner backyard that is slowly getting more complete with every project. Unlike other companies I’ve hired for different outdoor projects, I have no regrets and hope to hire Paz Landscape & Concrete again for my front yard.

We hired Paz Landscaping & Concrete for a back yard project. We are on a one-acre lot that had nothing but red bark coving the entire yard and hill side. I don't know that much about landscaping, but we had a basic idea on what we wanted to do. We explained to them what we wanted and that we are open for suggestions on what to do. They came up with plans that exceeded our expectations. The plans were accepted by our Four Seasons HOA landscape committee the first time we submitted them. They were also willing to travel to Hemet which we found most landscape companies were not willing to do.
Albert and Fred Paz are great to work with and always showed up every day throughout the project. Their employees are also great to work with and very polite. They were open to last minute changes and charged a very fair price. They were also easy to contact and always returned calls and text messages.

Fred and his team did a great job extending our driveway and repairing our retaining wall. They were professional, attentive and clean. They would show up when they said they would and they got the job done in the time frame they estimated. We would 100% recommend them!!

I had a great experience with Albert and Fred, they had great ideas in what to do with my front yard. They turned from a weed infested wasteland into a resort like landscape. Very happy with the concrete work that wrap around the back and side of the house. They were great when I kept adding things and I appreciate when they told me that some of my ideas are not good ones and that would cause more problems and money in the future. I was referred to Fred (Paz Landscape) via my brother whom they did a stellar job for. Fred gave a competitive bid for front and backyard landscaping for a new construction home. Fred assisted me with the design and was patient as I awaited the HOA approval. Once approved Fred and crew stuck to the timeline we’d agreed upon and Fred was very knowledgeable with suggestions along the way as he’s been in the business for a long time. I was very happy with the finished product.

Fred and his crew are professional, reliable and honest! Fred's estimates and pricings are fair. Fred and his crew took approximately 2-3 weeks to demo, relocate a spa (plus wiring), add turf and add a dog run in our backyard. I've attached some of the 'before' and 'after' pictures. In the 'after' pictures they only had to complete 1-2 steps before the grass was fully done. But by that time, my dogs and family forgot to take anymore pictures as we began enjoying our new open, clean and low-maintenance backyard space! We plan to use Paz Landscaping & Concrete again when we complete our front yard.

This is the second time I have worked with Fred. I took a chance on him years prior when tree roots had uprooted my original concrete in my backyard. Since then, the concrete has held up so well over the years and I have received multiple compliments on the concrete durability from other landscapers, I decided to contact him again.

This second time, I wanted to clean up my yard because of fighting constant weeds, drainage issues causing flooding and and to clean up the unsightly/unusable space that was a maintenance nightmare (see before/after photos). Fred took the time to hear my concerns and went above and beyond what I could imagine my yard to look. He was very patient in answering my many questions and what I appreciated most was that he prides himself on ensuring that not only is the job done, but done with a sense of design, functionality, and for me--budget in mind.

I can tell Fred can visualize possibilities in the use of my yard space with prior experience and definitely knows his stuff if you ask him. He provided me multiple options along with pros/cons of using certain material and I found him very responsive to my many concerns and demands. He was very cognizant of my drainage concerns and finished just in time when it poured rain a few weeks later with no more issues whatsoever.

Fred is also fun to work with and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The project came out far better than I had expected and stepping foot into the yard is a completely different experience! Thanks Fred!

I was referred to Fred at Paz Landscape through family that had their landscaping done and I had really liked the finished product. Our project was a tad bigger and would require more time and patience so I wanted to make sure we chose the right person for the job, we're glad we went with Fred. He communicated well, understood what we wanted, gave us options, and would throw out ideas for different things such as concrete stamping and designs. At the end of the few months of work we were extremely satisfied with everything, from the demo process to the finished look. The pictures speak for themselves.

This is the second time my wife and I use Paz Landscaping and Concrete. Fred and company knocked it out the park AGAIN! We've wanted to beautify our yard for quite some time, and finally had chance to do so.

Very happy with my decision to go with Paz Landscaping. Fred and his team went above and beyond to make sure my job was completed successfully and without any problems. He communicated with me very well with what they were going to be doing and why. Even though I didn’t initially want a sprinkler system, his advice to install that piece of equipment was instrumental to my project, and I’m very happy that I went along with his suggestion. Project included, leveling, sod, mulching, installing sprinkler system, and drip line.

Fred completed a major backyard renovation recently. He was very professional and knowledgeable with his work. His attention to details and expertise sets him part. He and his crew finished on time and cleaned up everyday after themselves. We would highly recommend him. Thank you!

Fred, the owner, and his crew fulfilled that vision. Fred was great at communicating throughout the entire process to ensure that everything was customized to our liking. We are extremely pleased with the finished product of our front yard. Paz Landscaping definitely exceeded our expectations as a contractor. We pretty much had a blank slate to start with, except for a few trees in the yard. Everything is new, the garden wall, the retaining slope walls and sidewalk meandering down to the city sidewalk. They were very prompt, did not try to do multiple jobs and stayed on our job until it was finished, and we're very accommodating when we added new pieces to the project. They're work is clean, detailed, and meticulous. I would highly recommend them for any front yard or back yard project. They were very honest about what would work and what would not, but supported any final decisions we made. We will definitely be bringing them back for our backyard project.
