I have used First Class Floor Care multiple times and have always received excellent service. They are friendly and their work is professional.

I highly recommend first class floor. No matter what I used to clean our tile it never looked good after they cleaned our tile and grout and re colored the grout it looks brand new again.

They arrived on time and got right to work. Very polite, personably and professional. They did a thorough job cleaning my carpets and finished in a timely matter. They left my carpets looking brand new. I am very pleased with their work. I’ll be using them again when the time comes.

First Class Floor Care took great care of me and my family. We just had a newborn and we have two cats (which somehow locked themselves in the babies nursery For up to 4 days when we went to the hospital for labor) to make a long story short, our carpet is back to being fluffy, clean and smells great!

We have known Rick at First Class Floor Care for several years, and he has been cleaning our carpeting, upholstery, tile and rugs for many years. I must say that even though we have access to many other companies through our business and we know great service and clean floors when we see them; we continue to call Rick, he never fails to deliver.

I have used First Class Floor Care 2 times now and I will continue to use them for my carpet and tile! Not only are they affordable and punctual, but both Rick and Brandon are polite, professional and thorough. Both times I have called to schedule they get back to me by the end of the day and are able to work with my hectic schedule. My carpets and tile stay clean and the spots in my carpet from a new puppy have not resurfaced. Thanks guys, clients for life!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I purchased my home a couple years ago and have a small galley kitchen whose tiles I just couldn’t get completely clean on my own. Some places didn’t want to take the job bc it was smaller. First Class Floor Care was reasonably priced and did a great job. I don’t think I the previous owner had ever done a deep clean bc I had no idea the tile grout was brick colored until today. Quick, on time, even got down on his hands and knees to get the parts the machine couldn’t.

Rick and Ryan were very friendly, professional and always on time. They cleaned a large sectional, 3 rooms of carpet, a large amount of travertine downstairs and 3 tiled baths upstairs. Everything turned out beautifully. We would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. The travertine in the photos were after they put down the sealer thus the wet look. Our floors are a matte look and that's the way we kept them. Thank you so much to Rick and Ryan of First Class Floor Care for all your hard work. Our holidays will be that much brighter thanks to you.

I previously had my grout cleaned and sealed and was disappointed. It still looked dirty. I found First Class Floor Care and Rick recommended that I color and seal the grout. He had Ryan do the work and it looks brand new! Ryan did a fantastic job! So glad I had them do my grout and will use them again if/when needed!

I was in desperate need of having our carpets cleaned. They were fine once in 15 years and we have 4 dogs and 2 cats (2 kids too) so when I say desperate need I mean it lol. First Class Floor Care was highly recommended to me and Rick came out yesterday. He was friendly, professional and really knew his business. I cannot believe the wonderful difference. I will call him the next time I need the carpets done as well as getting the kitchen grout cleaned. I would give this company higher than 5 stars if I could.
