Been bounced around between pool services , Priority being the most recent, they been using the same employee named Logan, Hes been keeping my pool clean, amazingly during the high winds and fire that destroyed Pacific Palisades most recently.. They repaired a valve on my filter, I guess it wore out during their watch so they replaced it...am waiting to see more amazing things in the future

This company is the pinnacle of pool service and professionalism. If you want a company that is not only fair, but down to earth and genuine, then choose PRIORITY POOLS. THese guys not only keep your pool spotless, but they ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE WITH YOU BY A METHOD THAT MOST OF US HAVE FORGOTTEN TO DO> PHYSICALLY TALK. THEY services my pool and my neighbors, and we both have nothing but positive words about them.
Personally, I'm a old school person. My thoughts circle around respect, dignity, and honor. I don't cheat or burn anyone. I'm a stand up, honest dude. That's how this company operates. That's what you'll receive. You'll get great communication and a sincere group of individuals who are honest and ready to make your life easier.
This company is the best I've done business with, which is why I would even consider paying them if my pool was being renovated and they weren't able to service it. The personbyou wanna contact is Hunter. He's that guy. Request to have Logan or Ian do your servicing. Both guys are very knowledgeable and good spirited. Was I paid to give this review, you might ask? Two words-HELL NO! I give credit and respect to those that earn and deserve it! Call up Priority, ask for Hunter, and never worry about your pool again....they're that dam good and sincere....

After Priority Pools took over Mikes pool service I thought id become just another customer and prices would just go up. So far it has been nothing like that, priority has been great, they answer back within a reasonable time, if you're having issues or have a question. They are there when they say they will be and if they aren't the communication is still there. I've had a great experience and will continue to give them my business.

Priority Pool Service does a great job. Hunter and his team are customer orientated and always responsive. The guys show up every week, send photos of the finished cleaning and leave the pool looking great.

I was initially apprehensive when my “small community pool service” was sold to this larger company. I thought that I would lose my personal service and especially “my pool guy” Andrew. I waited two months for something to change. And it hasn’t. Andrew is still my tech and the service is amazing. Our pool always looks great and the updated notices that we get each week keep me posted on what was done and what I need to do if anything. I am very critical of any new changes that come my way, but so far I think this one is good for us and Andrew as well since he now has health insurance and such for his family. A good thing for him. So far I am impressed.

Was with Mikes Pool service, had some concerns as it changed to Priority Pool Service but transition was easy. Was able to keep my tech Andrew who always makes my pool sparkle and takes the time to answer and explain any questions or concerns I may have.

Priority Pool Service is a very professionally run pool maintenance company. Each week when the pool is cleaned they send me photos so I can see the crystal clear water! They are on time, honest, and fairly priced. If a repair is needed they communicate it right away and get me an estimate within a few days. Over the last few years they installed a new pool motor and filtration system at a very reasonable cost. Priority Pool Service keeps my pool beautiful!

Priority Pool company is the best pool company too work on your pool. They are very knowledgeable and honest. They don't do anything without your approval. From the ladies in the office to the gentlemen that work on your pool are very professional. I had other pool companies come to my home and I was very disappointed they don't work as half as hard as Priority pool does too keep my pool beautiful. Their prices are also the best in town. Priority Pool came in clutch for me! Our pool was in rough shape and we were struggling to keep up with it as new homeowners. They came in with their green to clean service, were flexible with me on scheduling, and did a lot to make the costs manageable for me given the work that was required.
