Joe's attention to detail is excellent! He doesn't try to upsell a bunch of extras when he shows up. He's Pleasant and easy to talk to. Somehow he comports himself in such a way as to give the feeling that you have known him for some time or as if he's a family member. Excellent work

We just had Pure Solutions come to our house today, there was one room that a dog had peed in a long time ago that I couldn't go in or store things in because the smell was so strong, in the summer it got much worse. The technician (?) arrived on time, he was really nice and very professional, when he was done he quoted us an excellent price on the rest of the house which is really cool because we were thinking of doing it 1 room at a time because that's all we could afford. I really did not expect a quote for the whole house. All in all, an excellent experience, thank you and we are excited about having the whole house done!!

Our technician Joe was punctual and communicative and did a high-quality job for us and we would be happy to refer the company to friends or have them do more work at our house again

I have used Joe at Pure Solutions for a couple of years now. He cleans my carpet and my tile. He does a great job. Hes very passionate about his quality and unlike other companies the stains or dirt do not reappear in a couple of days.

Joe was fast, professional, and personable. The carpets haven't loked this good since he came out the last time--ainxw they were installed, really. I told him we would have him out more often if it wen't for the hassle (moving all the furnitur and dealing with our four pets). Joe said he understood completely, and suggested that we think about focusing on the bedroom, which is where the pets sleep too and so where allergens are most concentrated. A realistic, reasonable, and very helpful suggestion.

I didn’t have to think twice when my husband asked me to call someone over to clean our sectional. Any parent knows that the inevitable happens...your young children can fall asleep on your couch and have bathroom accidents as well as bloody noses. Such a disaster happened last night and we needed an immediate deep clean!

For fear of ruining our sectional by removing the cushion cases and laundering them myself (I ruined our previous couch), my husband insisted I contact a professional for their services. I hopped onto Yelp to find Pure Solutions, having had excellent experience with him last year, when he deep cleaned my great room and family room.

I contacted Joe via Yelp message around 930am on Saturday and he quickly replied with an estimate and time availability between 1-5pm the same day. He had a delay in the customer earlier in the day, contacted me and was actually able to arrive by 12:15pm.

He’s personable, knowledgeable, and efficient! Last minute, I decided to add-on a deep cleaning for my great room carpet since it was stained with spilled juice, play-doh and dirt from my children. The entire service took about 2 hours. I was comforted knowing he used toxic-free products, too!

I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

What a great experience I had with this company! Joe came out to clean a few rooms and stairs at my home in Riverside, everything turned out great! My carpet literally looks brand new. The carpet dried really fast and I loved that they use safe green products to clean the carpet with. He even vacuumed and moved some furniture before he started cleaning, he was very polite and professional, I felt very comfortable with him the second I met him.
