So I have no idea why this company has such bad ratings. Called out to Old Republic Home Warranty cause of a central ac issue. They assigned these guys and Mike, a very nice, funny and wise older gentleman comes to take a look at our unit and sees the issue right away. We're entitled to 1 pre season ac tune up and this man got to work replacing a part and checking everything necessary while giving me million dollar advice on how to keep my unit running without the need to call them again if it's not that big an issue. The value that comes from such wisdom is worth the $100 deductible alone! Never mind that we're wearing sweaters in summer this year cause of a job well done. There's a lot of things that can be taken the wrong way and maybe that's why there's so many bad ratings but give these guys a chance. Just a side note, our appointment like everyone else was between 1pm and 5pm and they got here 15 minutes before. That's not to say it'll happen to everyone, just that they do what they can, when they can, like everyone else. This isn't a good reason to give bad reviews if they have to reschedule or get there a little late. They also told me about the insulation in my attic but never pushed about having it done or selling me on having them do it. IT WAS JUST ADVICE LOL!!! Give them a chance and if you're assigned to them and have read other reviews, just give them a chance. Let them impress you.

Fixed my A.C, same day. Came well prepared, and looked very professional. Technicians name was Mike I believe.
