Hector, was very thorough. He did a very good job at installing our unit. I would highly recommend Amir West. They work Incredibly hard and jump through hoops to get to you when you need them Hector is very patient. He’s good at explaining the process to you.

This business is amazing! We had our entire HVAC system replaced including new ducts and vents and the service was great. Great communication on times of workers arrival and great communication from actual workers as to what we wanted and where. They were very helpful, cleaned up after since vents were installed inside the home and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this company!

This company seems very honest, not trying to hard sell me on unnecessary services. Kyler Pinoli was super professional, friendly, informative and did a great job.

I have been contemplating getting AC for a few years now. I had just about given up when I had an estimate from Hector.in June. He made the whole process very easy and explained in great detail. His price and kind demeanor beat the competition by a long shot. I was sold and really had no hesitation.
The installation was long but very thorough and professional. We ran into a few roadblocks due to my electrical panel but the team handled it calmly and professionally without alarming me in any way.
At the end of the second day .. Hector had to leave but he arranged for Gerston to handle the remainder of the job. They were both extremely professional , polite and gave great attention to every detail. They did a fantastic job and made sure I was totally comfortable with its operation.
To date … it has been an uncommonly cool summer so I haven’t gotten to use it yet. I’m sure August through October will require AC and I’m expecting all to go well.
I highly recommend this company and all of their employees from Amber in scheduling and the other technicians are all top notch.
I would like to assure you that you can’t go wrong with Ameri west home services.

While looking for a solution to my air conditioning problem, I noticed that it wasn't cooling properly. I saw one of this company's trucks passing by, took a photo of it, and then contacted them. It was the best decision I could have made. The service was excellent. They solved the problem quickly and efficiently. The staff are very friendly, quick, and respectful.

These guys are great! The motherboard fried on our AC, unfortunately. It was over 20 years old and quite beat up. Hector was very honest, he showed us pictures and explained exactly what the state of our AC was. He got us a reasonable quote and did an EXCELLENT job installing our new system. He takes pride in his work. This is a family owned business and the owner is very thorough. Everyone here goes above and beyond to get the job done right and they are all very friendly. I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!

Hector and Daniel are awesome. They came in to do maintenance on our mini split’s and showed us different ways to conserve our energy out put. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best price in Orange County!

Got a referral for them and they came immediately the very next morning after I emailed them the night prior. Hector diagnosed everything thoroughly and stayed a while to ensure he got a clear picture. He explained every step in his process before, during and after, and was very polite the whole time. He also made an effort to gets our parts expedited so he could get us back up and running ASAP.

I am not sure where to begin, this company without a doubt is the very best high quality service with the nicest employees that I have ever met. Each person went above and beyond under the house to install the duct work!!! They spent time cleaning ahead of time and was always so careful and meticulous in everything that they did!!!
