Johan’s team worked quickly and was very transparent with his prices. I had shopped around for quotes and found his estimate were a lot better than others. We are happy with our purchase and these ac mini split from Mitsubishi really exceeded our expectations.

Johan is a stand up guy, the work was done to spec and at a competitive price. They setup the 3.5 ton system effectively to address our hot and cold spots (ranch style home)! The system passed inspection on the 1st try. Also highly recommend the supplemental Quiet Cool whole house fan - very effective! I expect it’ll save us some additional $ in the late afternoon/dusk timeframes.

We had a small leak in our HVAC. Johan and his dad came out the next day and noticed our tray was very rusty. They were able to get a replacement tray and install it the next business day and our system has been working well so far. Highly recommend Caceres Air Solutions!

Had new hvac system installed & the Caseras co. Were the most professional & straight forward technicians & clean work & fast they took one day on my house and my family is loving it.

Johan and his father are very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose what others could not, on what was wrong with my system. He knew what was going on with my specific model. I felt comfortable with them, they were fair, honest and upfront about what was needed to be done and what my options were. My heater is running smoothly now and was done in a timely manner. I will call them again and will have them do the maintenance on my system as well. Great service!
