I can't say enough good things about Caceras Air Solutions. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. When they came out for the initial assessment and quote, their professionalism was immediately apparent. They were not only knowledgeable but also extremely thorough, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand.
What truly impressed me was their efficiency. They had a team ready to go just two days after the assessment, and they were incredibly well-equipped for the job. The installation went off without a hitch, and they completed the work flawlessly. They didn't just meet expectations; they overdelivered. The best part? When they left, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. My home was left spotless, with not a single trace of dust or debris. Extremely professional and did a great job.

I was in the market for two specific items: Mitsubishi 6K BTU Ductless Mini-Split and Quietcool Whole House Fan. I chose Johan because he is Mitsubishi authorized installer, which extends the warranty to 12 years. Johan was able to order the Mini-Split when I was previously told it didn't exist by another installer.

Johan was very polite, very communicative and on time for any appointments. If you retain services from Caceres, you will be speaking with Johan initially, as the business belongs to him and his father. As he put it to me, his name is on it, so you are not speaking to a salesperson.

When I inquired with Johan about the 6K BTU Mitsubishi, Johan told me he could order that model, but also offered me alternatives in size and price. Financially, it makes more sense to install a larger unit. However, for my use case, I run hotter than others, so it didn't make sense, as I was looking for efficiency.

The mini-split was installed with no issues and does the job of keeping my electronics filled room cool, without added noise.

I own a manufactured home and told Johan we did not have room between the ceiling and the roof. I was incorrect on that, as once the ceiling was cut open, we found 3ft of space. This presented more work for the Quietcool install, but Johan didn't mention anything about extra cost due to this. He simply noted they would do what was needed to get the job done.

I also want to stress, that I don't believe Johan and his father had previously installed the particular model we purchased, but they made a go of it anyhow and did well. For anyone in a manufactured home, I would recommend installing it further away from the rooms, as I had requested install right next to our rooms. You can definitely tell it is on, especially with the plenum which was required. It has not prevented my family from falling asleep however, as it is a white noise. Night temps have been fantastic. Previously, we would open windows on nights with cool air, only to be greeted with zero breeze coming inside. Now, the morning and night temps have been amazing. Crack a few windows, turn on the fan and you can immediately feel a breeze enter the house.

You can buy a lot of things in life, but you cannot buy trust, it has to be earned. The best recommendation I could give, is what I already have done. I trusted Johan and his dad to install something new to them, over another company that does it on the regular. I'm certain that if things happen to hit a snag during an install, Johan will make sure to make it right.

It’s not easy to choose what is right and perfect price or what the system for our house. This company gives me the answer that we want to invest in our home. Johan offer me the best option and great service with professional technicians. I got a brand new 5 ton Mitsubishi for my family. If you’re looking for HVAC replacement or new system. This company, Caceres Air Solutions, delivered to me, not only a new Mitsubishi 2 ton mini split, but also quick response and appointment set-up; on appointment day, I received a thorough explanation of the unit and installation; two days later the unit was professionally installed and tested and I promptly turned on the unit. For great service, quality product and very reasonable price for unit and install, you need to go with this company.

I am extremely impressed with Caceres Air Solutions! They installed a Mitsubishi mini split a/c system for my master bedroom yesterday. Their knowledge and expertise was extremely evident.
Their customer service was excellent. They're a family business, and I feel like my money was well spent. Fabian Caceras and his sons, Johan and Miguel, really cared about my home and made sure I was satisfied. They were affordable, and I could tell by their installation that they are also perfectionists! They exceeded my expectations, and l highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the service we received for full AC replacement. Our property manager recommended Caceres and said another tenant had used them prior, we had no other experience with the company. They came out quickly, were professional in every interaction, provided plenty of information/photos/videos to confirm every step, and accepted credit card (with processing fee). Our new system is working excellent. We also appreciated all of the system options that were provided prior to starting at different price points, warranties, etc. They were very flexible and priced same/if not a little lower than other quotes we had received. Caceres Air Solution did an awesome job of installing a mitsubishi split AC at my home and replaced all ducts in my attic in a timely and very professional way. On top of that, their price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacing or installing a new AC/heating system. I am so grateful for Johan. He really came through for our family. We had several other contractors come by. The other contractors had outrageous prices and were not forthcoming. Johan was honest, he took the time to explain the differences in AC units, and quickly got the job done. I can't say that about other contractors.

His pricing bar none beats the competition. Plus he understood the sense of urgency that we needed the AC unit installed fast will temperatures over 100 degrees. We signed on Tuesday and he installed on Thursday. I couldn't believe how fast he was able to get it installed. The AC unit works great and it's quiet, like stealth mode quiet.

I have already recommended him to friends and family. I can't thank him enough.

Johan and his crew were great! Very responsive. Competitive rates. Clean installation. I had a mini split installed and Johan walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. They also did the paperwork for permit and was thoughtful enough during installation to run a drain line to my actual drain instead of letting it drip to the ground. I highly reccomend
