Good Air is a family owned business l've worked with. I live in Nevada my AC unit went out in the middle of Las Vegas desert summer heat.
Although Good air is based in California they managed to give me a better quote than any other company here in town. Within a couple of days Rafa and his team arrived. They were very pleasant, professional and QUICK to install my new unit with a new Nest control. I highly recommend this company. Not only are they affordable they are trustworthy. I've had my unit for 3 years now without any major issues just 1 recent minor maintenance issue which Rafa helped me diagnose over the phone and it was a simple fix saved me a few hundred dollars for sure. 11/10

I’ve had countless issues with the AC unit that came with my condo and it was literally on its last summer. The team was able to come and help identify the issue/provide a temporary fix before getting to work.

The guys worked for two long days straight and got the unit from the roof moved off and cleaned out the old unit in the closet. Moved everything into my attic and the unit outside on the ground (easily accessible) the even talked to the HOA directly to get the approval.

I haven’t lived this good with a good working AC since getting this place. Before Good Air AC & Heat replaced the whole unit, my AC would stay at 66..67 degrees because anything higher and we’d be sweating at night while trying to sleep. Now with this brand new unit, the AC throughout the day is at about 73-75 and we sleep with the AC at 70 degrees.

Incredible work. Cool airflow. No worries of this unit crapping out on me in the middle of the summer anymore.

Not to mention the team of guys are all very easy to work with and communicate with. Really nice people. Very happy we were recommended this company and we went with them to get this taken care of because they have customers for life!

In my 10 years of experience managing properties, I've dealt with many companies who perform HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

I've come across several good technicians, but I have yet to see the consistency, professionalism, and integrity demonstrated by Rafael and his team at Good Air AC & Heat.

I first met Rafael on an irritatingly difficult issue no less than 6 other companies had failed to correctly diagnose and repair, each suggesting only band-aids or costly repairs that did not stand to logic. Rafael's expertise and honesty found the issue, resolved it, and stood by his work.

Good Air AC and Heat are amazing!! They moved a unit from my Moms location to mine and installed it today! Not only are they professional at work but they go above and beyond to make sure all your AC needs are met. Rafael first made a visit a couple days prior to inspect the unit I currently had to make sure the new one was going to be a good fit for my home. He did a walk through of my home and said he would clean my return and change the filter to my furnace as well. Rafael thinks of it all makes sure your getting excellent service and explains everything in detail so that you can understand what he will do and how it all works. His team was excellent! this company is an absolute gem! Rafael, Luis, Damien, Joe are all so amazing. They are all very knowledgeable about what they do, work very long hours to ensure things are done in a timely manner, and are just genuinely amazing people! We contracted Rafa and the Good Air team to replace a 3 ton AC unit in Manhattan Beach. Based on the lot, it was an incredibly tight window to move the unit in, sloped roof for installation, & generally difficult job to navigate/install. Good Air brought a 4-man team to complete the job to our satisfaction. We bidded out the job to three or four HVAC companies. Good Air was in line or cheaper than other bids, could accommodate our timeframe, & very professional. I've since recommended Rafa to neighbors and would recommend his teams work to family and friends.
