Acres of plants and plenty of people to help you. Went in to a few things they were very efficient and answers were clear , to the point and very informative. Very happy. Only complaint would be parking is limited but there is parking across the street, so no big deal just a few extra steps.

Hard working staff, they help you with choosing the right stuff for your garden projects. large yard lots different large trees, shrubs, succulents, roses , ground cover plants, vines , fruits, rocks, multch, soils etc ... Plenty more stuff and they also deliver if you wanna get alot of material, although a pick-up truck is fine since it's open to the public . They got machinery to load up trees so it's no problem if you wanna take a decent size tree.

These guys are a wreck. I called looking for a specific tree, which they reported to have. I drove across town to buy it, and was told that, no, the tree I wanted was at their other location on La Sierra, about a mile from where I was when I had called.

So I opened up Google Maps to look for the location on La Sierra, but it doesn't exist on the map. So I went back in to get directions/ address, and they pulled out a handy, pre-printed, laminated map to look at, which they easily could have given me at first. After studying the map, I observed that the La Sierra location is not in fact on La Sierra, but is instead on Campbell. Which they didn't tell me.

So I programmed in the address, and crossed town again, only to find a locked gate and no one around. The place looked closed. After wandering around for 20 minutes, and figuring out that the gate was not actually locked, I found a worker, who informed me that the tree I wanted was at ANOTHER location over off of a different street (Norwood). So I followed him on a quarter-mile walk to the other site, where he escorted me to the tree I had requested... only to find that it was a DWARF version of the tree. They had no standard-size trees in the variety that I had requested.

So after driving across town twice, and wasting 2 hours trying to get what I wanted, they didn't have the thing they told me that they had.

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the worker who helped me locate the (wrong) tree was helpful and sympathetic, noting that the guys at the Dufferin location often misstate their stock, don't verify availability, and don't give clear directions to customers. So while it didn't help me at all, at least he understood my situation.

This could all have been avoided with some very minimal customer service effort on their part, saving me hours of wasted time, and a lot of driving. But they don't seem to really care about their customers, so I won't be back. I recommend to you that if you want something from them, be very specific with them about exactly what it is that you want, and make sure you ask where you should expect to find it. Otherwise you may end up on the same wild goose chase that I experienced.

    Consider yourself warned.

Amazing selection of trees and plants. So large it feels like you are at a botanical garden. Great service and good quality trees. Gave really good planting tips for trees we purchased.

The general manager of Paradise nursery on Dufferin and Washington is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with. He’s rude and arrogant and no help at all. The owner needs to get rid of the general manager and get someone with a better attitude and who is willing to help the customers. Also, Paradise nursery needs to clean up all the trash in front of their business. They are making the community look bad.

This place had plenty of selections but the only thing that I didn't like was that none of the plants had prices on them, no golf carts either, some other places offer golf carts to accommodate larger purchases.

These guys are the best. Enormous selection, wholesale prices, and personal service and advise. They provided the plants and most materials, supplies, and mulch for my large landscape project, and since it has grown to become a beautiful property. Thanks!

Kind of pricey but good selection.

Told us to get out cause they were closed, why leave the gate open mid day on a weekend then? Rude, and most of their expensive plants are easily grown from cutting or seed

We had a fountain made and landscaping around it completed by Paradise Garden Center. They were very helpful when choosing the plants….the installation of fountain and completion of landscaping was done on time with no problems. Extremely happy with the finished product!

Paradise Garden Center is just now finishing up my landscaping, as we removed grass and put in plants and a drip system so I have been working with them for several weeks. They have several employees at the nursery who really know their plants, and are very helpful whether you are just there for a few things for your yard, or are ready for a total redo. I'm also very impressed with their crew who are quick and efficient.

I can't say enough nice things about Christian, the owner. He is a problem solver, excellent listener and gave me the garden and yard I wanted. Thanks, Christian!

Whoever owns this place, absolutely needs to take care of Felix. We showed up during lunch and he took time out of eating to drive us all around looking for native plants. For not being a retail place, his retail customer service is perfect for all things retail.
This is where I will come for my future plant needs.
    Thank you, Felix!

My friend and I just recently suffered the most outrageous behavior from the nursery owner. We were in the process of completing a very large purchase that took two days to finish. The time delay was because the nursery didn't want to fill the order during lunch and insisted on advance notice and a day to pull the plants. Because too many people worked on the order a couple of plants were incorrect. We took those back to exchange and added to the order.
The nursery owner sought us out on the grounds, yelled at us, told us we took too much of his man's time and to never come back. It was beyond shocking, and a complete misrepresentation of what had taken place.
Frankly the individual was so over the top it was surreal.

In the past I have accepted indifferent treatment because the plant quality was good. This however is beyond the pale.

Their service was horrible to say the least. We tried to call the owner many times direct with no return calls and called his office many times to have them do a design for our backyard. We went and visited today to pick out the plants ourselves and do the design. The owner was so rude to us and called us liars to our face. He did not want our business nor did his employees. He did not want our business by any means. I still am in shock. I would recommend nobody to go there and will be telling people who ask me about my experience the same. Very disappointed.

Way, WAY OVERPRICED!!! Prices 2x more then the next 2 nurseries I went to - for the exact same sizes, types and varieties. Bummed as I was looking forward to shopping here. But even more bummed that I was ripped off!!! Even Home Depot (prices have gone way up) is 70% cheaper for the same exact sizes, types and varieties. ADVICE: If you shop here- only agree to pay half of whatever price they quote.

The old owner may have been rude but at least he didn’t price gouge like the new owner does. Too bad I used to like going there because you didn’t have to spend hundreds to get a good deal from them. Sad thing too because most of the plants they sell are nearly 100% profit because they are regrown from a mother plant. It’s easy and fast.
