Overall a good experience with Oasis on our turf installation. Michael was very responsive in answering questions and addressing concerns. Everything turned out beautiful. Love seeing passersby turn their heads to take a long admiring look at our front yard and garden. We also appreciated the no-interest financing through Synchrony. Seamless easy payments. We plan to go back to Oasis for our back patio cover replacement.

We’re so happy with our experience with Oasis Turf & Hardscape!! The quote we got was very detailed and informative. Nathan made sure to give us all the options, as well as give tips as to what he thought would look nice based on his experience. The day of installation went incredible smooth. Jose arrived with his team and briefly went over the project with us to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. We thought it would take 2-3 days but they got it done in one! Drew, the project manager, stopped by to check the progress. Super nice guy. A few days after installation we noticed a sprinkler still leaking from under the turf. I texted the project manager about the issue, and Jose came out within 48 hours to fix it no problem. Very happy with this company and the level of service they provide!!

Oasis Turf & Hardscape was hired to install artificial turf on the front of my house. Price was comparable to the industry. Quality of materials used for the project was great. Team arrived on time and led by Jose and his team. Great quality work and when they were done left everything clean with NO mess left for us to pick up and clean. Great service

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We met with the salesman and he was very informative about the different types of turf, what we needed to make our backyard even for the turf and what to expect over time. They began work within a week and Tony’s team of guys who laid the foundation, hauled in so so much dirt and put down the turf were just so efficient and had the job done in two days. Tony would check in with me and show me things I didn’t notice about my backyard and how we had to adjust some things to make it look better. I highly recommend asking for Tony’s team when you go with this company. Thanks so much guys my family and I now enjoy hanging in our backyard.

I requested a quote from Oasis to have turf installed in my front yard. Steven came to my house. He was on time, had samples of the product on hand, he was honest and very professional. I compared Steven’s quote with others I had received and Oasis was the most affordable so I decided to move forward with them. I am glad I did! Edgardo and his crew arrived at my home at 730am and the project was complete by 330pm same day!! The crew was also on time, professional and all of them worked hard all day! To top it all off my yard looks amazing! No more harassment from my HOA about the lawn not being green. Thank you to the entire Oasis team for your professionalism and dependability.

Oasis Turf & Hardscape was the first landscaping company to respond to my inquiry--someone called me back within 30 minutes and scheduled an appointment to see the property and discuss the project. Jon, the designer at Oasis, clarified and simplified the concept we had in mind. He answered all of our questions and took the time required to understand what we wanted; his input was invaluable. Oasis was totally professional and produced a quality product at a reasonable price. The landscape is a combination of grass and brick-sized contoured pavers that create a cobblestone effect and perfectly match our driveway. Jon was intrepid in tracking down the original paver, which was no easy task; it unifies the hardscape throughout the property. Jon could not have been more helpful, but Frank’s crew that did the physical work was equally amazing. They were always on time, could not have been more hardworking, and did a super job all around. Their clean-up was impeccable, and they could not have been more responsive to requests. I would unhesitatingly give everyone from Oasis more than a 5-star review if it were possible. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out. Oasis has our our unqualified recommendation.

I highly recommend Oasis Turf! I got recommended to them on the Next Door App. I had gotten a couple of quotes but they were not as detailed as Oasis. Mo came out and she explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and concerns. She showed me exactly what they would do. Shout out to her and the rest of the staff! I saw their work online and hands down they were the best! My project was a small one. I needed my front lawn done it was only 285 square feet., and I liked that they didn’t hesitate to do it , where as others don’t want to do it because of the small square footage . First off we learned about Oasis through Social Media advertisement. At first we were skeptical but now we will be life long customers! 🙂

When we called them they picked up right away and was even excited to speak to us. We have dealt with some horrible customer service representatives before but not with Oasis. They scheduled our first consultation with Sam Pak. We cannot speak highly enough about how Sam provided the best customer service we have ever received from a business. We are all about communication and Sam Pak exceeded our expectations. He worked with us to design our front yard and driveway better than we envisioned it. We do not like grass and wanted to have a horseshoe setup with a white vinyl fence. They nailed it and completely transformed our front yard! Sam worked with us to bring down the cost when it went beyond our budget. So we decided to do the rest of the landscape on our own which you can see in the pictures.

Usually after dealing with the salesman there is a lack of communication because they have some of your money already. But nope! We even had issues with the city moving too slow providing the permit and other things but Oasis came through for us! They were patient and was willing to get us on schedule even though the city was delaying us. The project manager Steven was also on top of it and showed up when we needed him to. He made sure the project got done as well as Sam. Even when there were issues or we did not like something. They fixed it and changed it on the spot. I just cannot thank them enough for the service that was provided. The cement/landscape guy Cecilio was amazing! All in all I give them 10/10. I would highly recommend them. They maybe alittle pricey but they are professionals! We are not done using them. We plan to have them come back in the future to finish other projects for our house.
