Woke up to a pinhole leak above our water heater that needed a specialty fitting. I reached out to A&O who was helpful and explained what was needed over the phone. While I wanted to get quotes, Jorge let me know to do a DIY temp repair to hold it over.

Come the day of the repair, the two Tech's arrived on time and were very professional. The repair took about an hour and turned out great. I'd highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I received great communication from Alpha and Omega. From the first phone call to the completion of the work. George was great at explaining everything. Nate and Dave, unplugged my toilet, installed a new toilet, and cleaned up after. Great from start to finish!

I bought a toilet from Home Depot and tried to use their install service but they did not have any installers in my area. So I went to the Yelp project app and received a response from this company within 10 minutes (even thought it was after hours).

The owner, George, was responsive, clear and upfront about all costs. None of this $100 to come to your house to inspect and then we will guess at the price. They had set pricing for toilet swaps.

He had an appointment for the next morning and also offered to have his guys pick up the toilet from the store.

The next morning he followed up with the schedule (it was raining so his guys hit traffic) and shortly afterward two of his plumbers were at my door.

They were friendly and efficient. They talked me through each step of the replacement and install.

I was really happy with their service and while they were here, also had them quote a water heater and regulator.

This is the fastest and most professional plumber that you can find in this area . They are so reliable and honest because even in the situation that I wasn’t in my place they give me best advice and fair price to fix the problem. I %100 suggested them to everyone who looking for a good plumber.

George is probably the best plumber I have ever came across. This guy has critical thinking skills that I have not seen before from someone in his trade. I had an issue on an old Wood Streets craftsman home in Roverside California . Galvanized pipe leaking out of the ground under a 12in crawl space. George was able to troubleshoot, recommend alternative solutions. Give a fair quote on the different resolutions and subsequently executing what he had promised. I would highly, highly recommend Alpha and Omega Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Long overdue review for A&O plumbing as they did another excellent job. I had a slab leak and George’s team showed up the next day, quoted reasonably and fixed it in 2 days. While they were fixing the first leak they found a second leak and took care of it all at once. A&O is the most honest, trustworthy plumbing company you can ever find.

George and Joe are the real deal! I reached out at 5am for an emergency, and they were on it, showing up fast to handle a nightmare of a blockage and flooding situation. They used a hydro jet to clean out three pipes and replaced some water regulators with skill and efficiency. Both were polite, professional, and treated my home with care, explaining each step along the way. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I've used Alpha and Omega Plumbing last year to replace my burner on my water heater since it had gone out twice. I contacted them through Yelp and responded quickly and came by the following day to replace it. They were friendly and efficient so I decided to use them again to replace my toilet flush system and angle stop on my toilet. I also had them install a new faucet in my other bathroom that kept leaking. Manuel and Joe were diligent, informative, and kind. I appreciate this honest plumbing business and they're not too far from where I live which is nice.
