My family recently bought a pool from this company, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and easy. All of the employees were incredibly nice, helpful, and patient with our questions. They made sure we understood everything and helped us choose the best options for our backyard. The pool turned out amazing, and our family loves spending time in it. We’re really glad we chose them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pool and great service!

For the last month, we have been enjoying our new backyard which features a saltwater pool (about 4’ deep) and spa, deck, retaining wall, stairs to driveway and lower yard, and railings. There were some significant amendments for additional projects primarily initiated by us including a new driveway, design changes, additional electrical work, and new planter area water lines. Once we got through the permitting process, the construction process was completed within the original 16-week estimate. The various subcontractor crews that worked at our site were great, and we were amazed to watch the changes from excavation to filling the pool with water after the pebble tech process. We initially considered building the pool almost two years ago but put it on hold due to other major home improvement projects. We loved the initial design produced by Jeff and were excited last year to tell Infinite that we were now ready to proceed. Jeff accommodated some minor changes to the design during the initial walk through as excavation was starting. The project supervisor, Corey, communicated timely and effectively with us during the construction process as each phase occurred. This was a very large project, and we all were able to resolve any issues without any impact on the project timeline. We look forward enjoying the backyard makeover with our family and friends for many years. We are very grateful to the Infinite Pools team, including subcontractors, for their part in this beautiful makeover.
