Checked the drain pump it was not the problem
Checked the motherboard it was shot
Abel was able to replace the part with knowledge and proficiency

I am now back to using my machine as usual

The work was very poor. When re assembling my dryer the screws were left out, as an example of the careless work done. Also I have a high 5 figure balance in my account, and this group couldn't deposit the check correctly.
On and on doing business with this out fit is costly, and insufficient in what they promise.

What great service. I was told by another tech (from Sears) that my problem was a known issue with the LG washers and there was no solution for the leak, except to mop up the water. Able researched the leak and found the source of the leak and made the repairs.
