Constraction reviews in Rocklin, California

Great company to work with, always on time and communication is great

They did an awesome job on my restaurant TI! They were very professional, and went above and beyond on their service! They exceeded all of my expectations!! Highly recommend them!

Jeff, Jesse, and the whole crew were nothing short of amazing professionals. Honest bid, honest timing, and went above and beyond with the project.

I can't wait to use the team again on my next project.

I recently worked with Jeff and his project engineer, Jesse. They were incredible to work with. I had struggled to find a construction company that was professional and would take my project seriously. Jeff and Jesse exceeded my expectations in providing me with their professionalism and expertise. I would happily work with them in the future.

I have known Jeff Smith for many years and have used him on several jobs. He has a keep eye for details, accurate pricing and exceptionally good work. We used Jeff and his crew to finish up a home remodel and they did a masterful job. Jeff's crew did everything from drywall, texture, trim, hanging interior doors, installing knobs, pulls and door lock hardware. Jeff and his crew are clean, courteous and accurate. Even though the house was vacant during the remodel they cleaned up the job site every day to keep dust and dirt to a minimum.

Jeff's pricing was more than fair and a great value for the work that they did. I can highly recommend Jeff Smith Construction for any commercial, or multi-family job.

I contracted with Jeff Smith Construction on the build of my restaurant, Omakase Por Favor in Lincoln, CA. They were very easy to work with, professional and provided a high quality of work. We loved the family element within the company as well. They really helped the restaurant come to life.

Special shout out to Steve who was such a huge help down to the last few days, even helping me hang photos on the wall while we waited for inspections.

Would absolutely work with them again.

Great job helping us complete the vision for our French Pastry Shop! Jeff Smith Construction is an incredible team to work with. Addressing changes with professionalism and understanding providing us with options to help us stay on track with the finish line in sight. Thank you and I can’t wait to get started on our next project together. Jeff Smith, Steve and Jesse and Cole thank you! Keep up the good work.

Jeff and Jesse with Jeff Smith Construction have been amazing to work with. They helped me and my wife through the construction of our Polynesian dance studio in Rocklin, CA, which was just a complete shell of a space. Right out of the gate, they have had superb communication and consistently provided updates to us throughout the project. They literally did all of the legwork to get all the necessary permits from the city, and even went as far as coordinating the install of our PG&E gas meter even after construction was all completed, which required them to jump through hoop after hoop. Being that we are a small business, Jeff and Jesse helped us so much with staying in our budget and making good recommendations to ensure that we didn't spend beyond our means, without sacrificing the aesthetic we were going for. All of the subcontractors they work with are of real high quality as well in the work they delivered. I was told that finding the right contractors were hard, and I just have to say how fortunate and happy we were to find Jeff Smith Construction. I highly recommend them for any commercial construction project you might need!!!

Jeff Smith Construction delivered outstanding service for Bella Vista Farms. Jeff and his team oversaw the construction of our new restroom facility and key site improvements, including parking areas. Their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and efficient. The workmanship was excellent, and the project was completed to a very high standard. We highly recommend Jeff Smith Construction for any commercial or property development needs.

Jeff, Jesse, and Steve from day one were friendly, responsive and great to work with for our store. The quality of work and craftsmanship was top-notch and you can tell they take pride in what they build.

What stood out most was how much they cared about our success. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend.

As new business owners, contracting with JSCS for our DIY craft studio was the best decision we could've made. Jeff, Jesse, and the team were professional, transparent, and acted as true partners throughout our renovation. They provided expert guidance on staying compliant with local codes while avoiding unnecessary structural costs, and they even corrected several issues left behind by the previous tenant.

Even after the project was complete, they were incredibly responsive with the documentation we needed for our landlord. They saved us substantial time and money, and we couldn't have opened on time without them. Highly recommended for any business owner who values integrity and expertise.

They put in the effort and preparation necessary for a job well done.
