Sam is very responsive. I initially sent an inquiry to him on yelp and he responded within the hour. I sent him a photo of what I needed cleaned and he gave me an accurate price. Showed up on time on the day of service and did a great job steam cleaning my large sofa. Every detail even from putting wall corner protectors so that his equipment does not scratch the paint in the interior of my home. Sofa dried quickly, and I am very happy with the results. Sam takes pride in his work and his business.

Sam was Professional and knowledgeable. I did leave a message. He called me right back. Reschedule an appointment. I needed some work on my carpet. It was done in a matter of days. It’s nice to know. He has a general contractors license and can do many things around our home. Thank you, Sam will call you again.
