We live in a fabulous apartment complex and a few months ago our air conditioning unit broke down. We got a new one, thankfully, but a few days ago it gor hot again. I notified our apartment manager and they called Sea Heating and Air who are the folks who installed the new AC unit. They were really busy but the owner came out today and fixed it!!! We're blowing cold air and are so happy with the service we received from Sea. It's nice to have a cool home!

What can I say about this company well they are excellent professional work who take the time out of the scorching heat to fix people ac. I can't thank them enough I literally cannot stand the heat. The two guys took their out of the way to fix my ac plus they good guys who gave me a fist pump cool people and they took out of a hour to fix the problem i can't thank them enough you guys rock

Kenny is a technician for SEA and we love working with him. He is very responsive, explains everything in detail to us and takes care of issues immediately. Office staff is very friendly too and FAST!!! We will stay costumers for sure.

I've used Sea Heating and Air 4 times since 2016. 3 for hvac inspections, once to move our ac unit. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional. I've never had them try to upsell me for anything. They will always be my first call to get my business for hvac issues.

Monica, Richard and I think Chris is his name do awesome at their job and are always helpful. They’ve taken care of me and my properties for the past year and I couldn’t be happier with their Services.

These people need to train their drivers about safe driving! We have one of their employees road raging on the street, brake checking people, and flipping people off! Great way to represent the company! I don't recommend these people. They might just want to pick a fight with you if you disagree with them.

The HVAC maintenance check I received was excellent. The assessment was thorough, and I received answers to all of my questions. If you're looking for an honest, straight-forward assessment on work to be done and on pricing, I would definitely try Julian's Heat & Air.

Our AC system recently stopped turning the compressor on. I was able to identify that I was frying the fuse on my 2-zone thermostat controller board as soon as the AC was turned on. I just happened to be given the number of Glenn Julian by a general contractor that overheard me talking with an employee at the Folsom Lowes while searching for the replacement fuse I needed. After blowing 3 more fuses I thought I for sure was going to need a new zone controller and called up Glenn to get a professional opinion. His tech came out the next morning and was very professional and nice as I showed him the system and what I had already tested so far. The problem ended up being a shorted contactor on the compressor which the tech agreed was an bizarre cause for blowing the fuse on the zone controller since it wasn't impacting the main furnace control board at all. The price was reasonable and I'm very glad that the contractor decided to ease drop on my conversation at Lowes since I'm sure I would've never otherwise reached out to Julian's Heating and Air based purely on their location in Rocklin given that my home is in El Dorado Hills. I will definitely use Glenn and his team again in the future for any further HVAC repair needs.
