EDIT: A few weeks later, I received this in the mail! What a great company! You absolutely will not be disappointed! I can’t recommend Theodore and his team highly enough! First of all, he’s a veteran, and I always prefer to support veterans! I only found that out after reaching out. Within hours of contacting them, they came over for an estimate that amazed us! It was cheaper than renting a professional machine and buying the cleaning supplies! I enjoyed relaxing on my porch while he and another technician moved furniture that I couldn’t. I even offered to help before they began. The pictures don’t do the results justice. We purchased a home that needed serious cleaning, with pet stains and a past mouse issue. The most impressive change was the transformation of the first blue/gray carpet to a bright blue. I can’t express how dirty it was! We vacuumed that room many times but ran out of money to replace the flooring and considered renting equipment or buying it. After reading a Consumers Reports review that recommended hiring a professional instead of using retail machines, I reached out on Facebook about options. Horizons Carpet Cleaning was the clear favorite among locals. I’m so glad we chose them! They arrived professionally and even early! They got right to work, moved what I couldn’t, and even pointed out our HVAC filter area. I laughed because I noticed they do duct cleaning, and I was planning to get an estimate for that as well. They’ll be back for that job soon! I can’t recommend them enough! Affordable, punctual, quick, efficient, friendly, and did I mention they were much more affordable than we expected? luis is the best! my two daughters said, 'he is so nice!' and that really means a lot. he not only got all the slime stains out of our carpet, but also made sure the job was done right from start to finish. luis went above and beyond by helping my husband move a desk into our truck while we were moving, just because he wanted to help out. top notch carpet cleaning service and a very friendly, hard-working guy who does everything with a smile.

After more than 15 years of living in our house, we finally decided to have our living room carpet cleaned. I had tried various cleaning methods like steam cleaning and regular vacuuming, but the carpet was in rough shape due to kids and pets. The cleaning process took over an hour, and they did a fantastic job prepping by vacuuming and paying attention to the edges and corners. Once they finished cleaning the carpet, they even took the time to clean my tile entryway. All the stains disappeared, and they left me with a spray bottle of solution for any new stains that might come up. Now, I make sure to take my shoes off before stepping on it, which shows how much better it looks. Excellent service, reasonable price, and a job well done! Highly recommend!
