Prolongs contracts, shady craftsmanship, and even steals and uses your property if it benefits to his crew. Brand new remodel, shower tile floor in bathroom has a 3/8" drop in the corner, so water slopes away from the drain and collects in corner. Installed back patio door backward so that the hinge-bolts are outside instead of inside. Least, I know if I get locked out, I can just pop hinge bolts and have my door off in a matter of minutes. Lol. He does not manage his crew or supervise on a day to day basis, cuts corners on a deadline, so good luck to you, and make sure you read that contract thoroughly
before you sign the dotted line.......
