We hired this company to replace the roof at my Dad's house. They were not the cheapest but from talking to George and Oscar they sounded like they knew what they were talking about. They were reliable and finish the job earlier than expected. The City Inspector even complimented them on a job wel done.

I am a property manager responsible for over 250 rental units. So let me begin by saying that finding a good contractor is truly easier said than done.

Generally speaking, contractors are known to be a Larry Lunchbucket - good at swinging hammers - but not necessarily good at 'business'.

George was a referral from a trusted colleague, so I set a meeting to meet with him in person. As my business has grown, I have had the need to seek out more licensed vendors to help me take care of properties. I can tell you, I have had to interview a lot of guys to find one who met my expectations to become one of my Preferred Vendors.

Although he is a very experienced contractor and business owner, George agreed to take on little jobs as the stepping stones to develop a working relationship with my company.

He quickly earned my trust with punctuality, communication, and follow-up. When I send a vendor out to do 'any' job at a property, I am putting my reputation and my company's responsibility on the line. Therefore, it is extremely important that I know that my clients (property owners), their property, and our tenants are taken care of.

It is my pleasure to give him my highest recommendation for all levels of residential property maintenance and renovations.

A small list of work he has done for me: Roofing, fencing, dry rot repairs, replacing (many) water heaters, repairing broken sewer lines, vacancy turnovers with paint, carpet, blinds, etc.

Oscar and his crew updated our 40+ year old bathroom. The crew is outstanding! They were on time and professional and very nice! Oscar was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be using him again!

We recently had our bathroom completely remodeled by Oscar and his crew.
We are very satisfied with the final result! This was a down to the studs remodel, so there were a lot of components to the job.
During the initial planning meetings, my wife communicated her vision to Oscar, who listened carefully to understand exactly what we wanted.
Oscar took care of all the permits and dealing with the inspections.
Once the work started, Oscar’s crew were very efficient and very friendly. They were careful to keep their work and tools confined to the bath area as much as they could. All of the construction debris and mess were taken away. And they cleaned up each day to keep the impact on us as minimal as possible.
Oscar was responsive to phone calls and texts if we had any questions or concerns.
The overall construction, tile work, woodwork, wall finishing, paint, and wallpaper are outstanding.
We had zero issues with the inspections and are very happy with our new bathroom.

After interviewing six contractors we chose Sonoma County Construction and were very happy with our choice. Oscar provided one of the lowest bids and at the same time offered higher quality materials than several of the other contractors. His crew arrived promptly as scheduled every day, worked hard and well (despite the heat wave), and completed the job sooner than expected, and at the price we had agreed on. We recommend them highly.

Sonoma County Construction just completed a dry rot repair to the side our house.
Oscar returned our initial call promptly and came out the same day to inspect the house and give an estimate. The crew were on time every day, work with precision, and left the place spotless.

Very tidy, and responsive. Was asking the owner about an add-on for my little project and 20 minutes later the specialist was at my door. A bit of Quartz trim was cut to size perfectly in another 25 minutes expertly installed .

Sonoma County Construction was great to work with and did a fantastic job on my home renovation project. Oscar and his team went the extra mile and made it easy for me to see results right away. They were ready to get work done.

My first impression of Oscar was good - he was friendly and seemed attentive. However, once the construction started, things quickly went downhill. It became clear that he doesn't have the right background or experience in construction. His knowledge is very basic, and the quality of his work reflects that. If you care about your house and the quality of work, I strongly recommend to work with someone else.
