Good communications and good customer service go hand in hand. Omar is a great comnunicator and has been extremely responsive to getting the pool on our vineyard estate in tip-top shape. If there's a problem (and there always is with a pool), he's there to get it resolved quickly and competently. We couldn't be happier with his service. We've used the competition, and he is head and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend him.

After many years with another company, the quality of our service had gone down hill significantly to the point where we had some real problems and we desperately needed to make a change. Omar stepped up when other companies weren't willing to take on the challenge of getting our pool back up to par and boy did he deliver! He came out personally multiple times over the course of two weeks, completely disassembled, cleaned and repaired our filter, dealt with multiple chemical balance issues, and got us back to clean and sparkling for the first time in months. I am both grateful to and impressed with him and feel good about his ability to keep us in top shape for the summer and beyond!

TL;DR: High prices for low quality
We switched to a different company a few months ago after ongoing problems with Northern Oasis. Wow, what a difference! We should have dropped Oasis much earlier so wanted to post a review to save others.

The owner, Omar, raised his price twice during the last couple years and still upcharged $1.50/week for additional chlorine tabs. Rather than slow-release tabs in our chlorine tower, Oasis prefers to dump a gallon or so of chlorine per visit. That means you can't use our pool for a day plus the chlorine evaporates quickly due to high concentration. We constantly found our chlorine low by mid-week.

Omar seems nice but needs to hire/train better employees. They constantly left our gate open which defeats the safety goal to keep animals plus children out.

I wholeheartedly recommend Northern Oasis Pool for their outstanding pool services. They consistently keep our pool clean and pristine. Their honesty and reliability are unmatched, and they are always on time. Additionally, they provide valuable suggestions to enhance our pool experience. We couldn’t be happier with their service! Could I do the chemicals in my pool my self? Probably. Could I do it at same time every Monday? Probably not. If my pool chems became way off, could I fix it? No. It’s def worth having Northern Oasis service my pool in Windsor, knowing they will be there each week at the same time so nothing is missed with the chemicals.

Omar takes care of our home swimming pool on a weekly basis. The chemicals are up to par and he responds to any queries I may have about our pool’s state. I love the service! Northern Oasis keeps us swimming all year long!
