On 11/17/22 SCE decided to have a power surge at around 1:00pm. Power was restored at around 2:00pm. Unfortunately the main CPU for the lighting system did not come back up. I called Jack with Westco Smart Homes. He said he would check to see if he had a refurbished CPU in stock. He called me back and said he had one and would program it (with the original program) and run it over to Fed Ex for next day delivery. He then sent me the tracking number, and called me to tell me how to manually turn on lights. The CPU came next day around 11:00am. I installed it and everything came right back up. This was a Blessing, as we celebrate our Thanksgiving a week before on that day for around 30 people. We have since been in contact with Jack and have decided to upgrade to the Infusion System. I believe the original system was installed around 2003 or 2004, by Jack, with no problems until 11/17/22. I would HIGHLY recommend Jack at Westco Smart Homes. Thank you once again Jack.
