Gilbert is the best! He is always my first call because he’s quick, honest, reasonably priced and most important Importantly, he actually knows what he’s doing! I’ve worked on construction sites for over 15 years & he’s still my most trusted plumber! 😇

Had issues with hot water at night. Called and within 30 minutes they were here. In less than an hour had my hot water again!

Thank you!

Great job done by Gilbert from Monster Rooter. Had tub/shower combo replaced & new toilets installed. Work was done well & all looks great. Will call him again for other work I need to be done. Highly recommend.

I called Monster Rooter to clean out my water heater because I heard some serious sounds coming from it like rocks being swished around. Gilbert came out within the hour and worked hard to get the sediment out. And there was a Lot! He explained the process thoroughly so that I could understand what he was doing. His prices are reasonable, he is easy to work with, and is an expert in his field. I will definitely use his services again.

Gilbert was called only a couple hours before arriving. The prompt and efficient service was very appreciated. He fixed a gas line to allow our stove to fit properly in its space. We will call him again when necessary. Great service!!!!

Gilbert and Reuben have provided quick and reliable service, even fixing non-plumbing issues. They've always been fair and trustworthy.

Amazing company! From the moment I called, their customer service was professional and friendly. The professional arrived on time, was polite, and explained what needed to be done in simple terms. Quickly identified the problem, fixed the issue, and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. What impressed me most was how clean and organized they were in which they left no mess behind.

Gilbert always going beyond the call of service. Gilbert did all the repiping in my previous house and installed a water heater. He did an excellent job with both . We call him now when we have plumbing problems with our present house and again Gilbert does an excellent job. Great service for a fair price.

Monster rooter had the best customer service. Super friendly, reliable. Let’s you know how it is and what to expect. Does the job well and neat. Will go back for my future plumbing needs.

I've used Monster Rooter twice now and both times were great. Gilbert is friendly, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. I had a clog at 11 o'clock at night and he showed up within 15 minutes. Got everything cleared and charged me a VERY reasonable price. Will definitely be using him again.

Wow - I'm not sure that ever had better service! I called and he came right away :) Doesn't get any better than Monster - Gilbert is not just attentive, respectful and kind - he's a MASTER plumber!
Due to a tragedy in my back house it was stripped to the studs and since it's so old and the plumbing was so messed up I had him re-pipe the whole place while it was opened up. He did all in 1 day for a fraction of what others quoted me <3
This is a great man!

Hightly recommend! Actually answered the phone. Provided a quick & reasonable show up time. Gilbert explained what he was doing & what the issues could have been. Super friendly & efficient. Not overpriced like you might get with a main stream company.

When my toilet decided to flood my bathroom, I called Monster Rooter and Gilbert came right out in 15 minutes. It took awhile to fix the problem, but he never gave up. He kept at it until the work was done. And the price? It was A LOT lower than I expected it to be! Gilbert is my plumber from now on 😊

Gilbert was a breath of fresh air. He replaced our 30+ yr old water heater. Was fast, efficient, professional, reasonable prices & personable. We will def be using his services again. Our family is going through prob the hardest time in our lives so it was nice to be reminded there are still good ppl out there. Thank you, Gilbert.
