Our technician (Tony) was absolutely terrific. He diagnosed the problem with our LG washing machine (faulty sensor) and repaired it rapidly. He was also able to come within 24 hours of our call! All in all, it was a really smooth repair experience.

Called to repair our Maytag washing machine, it wasn't locking which prevented the washing machine to start. Repairman Tony was out the next day and determined we needed a new Mian Control Board. Total repairs came out to $409, labor was listed as $175 and materials $234. Tony called the next day and said the part came in much sooner than expected and came out a few hours later and spent about 30 minutes to install the main control board. It's been a little over a week now and the machine works fine. We saved about $200 to $300 for a new machine. Tony was quick, professional, and friendly. Nice to have a reliable appliance repair service we can turn to moving forward.
