MaidPro has been cleaning our Roseville home weekly for about three months. This is our first time using a cleaning service and we are loving it! A few highlights:
Super thorough - they rarely miss anything: under and in the microwave gets cleaned, ceiling fan blades get wiped, kitchen anti-fatigue mats are cleaned on top and under, etc.
Hard working - we work from home so we see them blast through the house, nonstop.
Efficient - we could never get that much cleaning done in that amount of time!
Logistics - they communicate extremely well with weekly confirmations re: arrival times and reminders via text; I've also contacted them via email and phone for other needs (e.g., changing payment method, cancelling a weekly clean b/c of a trip) and it's always easy to reach them and coordinate.
Responsiveness - when a recent clean was less thorough than usual, we reached out and they got us back on track immediately, with perhaps our greatest clean of all time (thanks Ernestina and Sonia!). Actually it was today's clean that inspired me to write this review!
In the pictures you'll see nice shiny surfaces, super tightly tucked beds, and my kid's stuffed animals lovingly arranged.

I can expect the same cleaning every time the team comes. They are very responsive to any questions or feedback I may provide. The team is friendly and very efficient and thorough when they arrive and clean. We are thrilled to have the team clean again in our home and always recommend Maid Pro to our family and friends.
