They do not keep their appointment times even though I made the appointment 3 weeks prior to arrival. They didn’t call me to let me know they were not coming I had to call multiple times on the day of arrival to find out they would not be out to service.

just a head's up...If you're a potential customer and you speak at length with someone who describes all services offered, asks you to describe your pool in detail and schedules a 'free estimate' saying someone will come to your home on specific date/one hour time window...AND you clarify that they do indeed travel to homes in your local city (not Rocklin)....Beware...When you call and ask why you waited an entire hour and no one showed up or bothered to call...The person returning your call will act like they've Never heard of you, have no recollection of Any phone call or appointment and then have the nerve to insinuate that you must have spoken with some OTher pool service because it can't be them....SMH....What a joke

Justin has been wonderful with our new pool. He has explained and demonstrated how to test our pool water and how to administer the chemicals.

I use this company to do any equipment work, while I maintain my own chemistry. They replaced my controller, some pump maintenance, and sweep maintenance over several years. They have always done good work, and I continue to use them. They were originally referred to me by Sierra Pacific who said this is the only one they recommend in my area. (Loomis).

Excellent! Rick has come out 2x times. The Screenlogic system i have (used to control pool from iphone/ipad and computer) was having connectivity issues. He fixed it once (under Pentair warranty) and warned it could come back and to just give him a call if it did.

He was extremely knowledgeable w/ the Screenlogic system. I wish I would have used them to do the original install. He knew pools, computers, and this new blend of technology.

Sure enough the connectivity issues resurfaced (pentair issue not Rocklins), and this time he came w/ a newly released firmware that has resolved the issues.

He also took some time to make recommendations on my system and help me resolve some ongoing problems from the original installer.

We have used rocklin pool and spa since we have had our pool and spa, about 11 years and have been extremely happy with them....until recently. The maintenance person occasionally does not show up and when I call in to see what is going on, I have to leave a message. No big deal, but it takes days if not over a week to hear back from them. I don't know what happened.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff! They helped us first time pool owners understand how to take care of our pool. I highly recommend them with any pool needs!

Ricks team was extremely helpful and responsive, even on New Years Eve when our pools and spa heater stopped working. They helped us troubleshoot over the phone and squeezed in time on New Years Eve to come out and fix it for us. Unbelievable caring and service.

Just purchased our pool and Justin was so helpful. He set up our pool and spa chemistry walked us through all of our equipment and set up our app to control all of the accessories. Very professional, friendly and outgoing. Easy to ask questions and get answers from.

We have been with Rocklin Pool & Spa service over a decade. We have never been so pleased with the great response & service we receive from the professional, courteous customer service when I call & speak with Linda to the management & pool service with Brandon.

We have regular cleaning and also call them for help with questions (for example, spa not filling). They came out within the hour of calling, got it running and also helped me an unrelated matter with phone app, explaining systems and the technology of new pump systems. I valued our custom pool company Courage Pools and went with their referral of Rocklin Pool & Spa and am very happy with our service reps, maintenance, office staff. Thank you!

I would not recommend this company. It is impossible to get their technicians to diagnose and fix equipment issues. We waited months to have a technician look at our booster pump and the response was always the same, "You are on our list." We ended up canceling our monthly service since we were not receiving the promise of full service pool care.

We built our pool 25 years ago and Rocklin Pools and Spas has serviced our pool the entire time. Rick was the first person who started us up and after all these years his son Justin just finished starting up our system after we completed a total refurbishing of our pool. Justin was thorough and extremely helpful. He managed the installation of our new Pentair ScreenLogic Control System and patiently demonstrated how to work with it. We have complete confidence in Rocklin Pools and Spas and recommend it highly. Dependable 5 star service!!!!

Excellent service so far! They really care about the pool and customer! They are prompt with responses and Justin has been really amazing helping me learn how to use my first pool. Has gone above and beyond what I would expect and spent a lot of time helping me. They are incredible! Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Rocklin Pool and Spa for a couple years now. I am thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness, patience and willingness to complete weekly pool/spa service and immediately tackle any other problem that may occur. If it’s the weekend, I know I can leave a message with them and they call back as soon as they can the following business day. I also appreciate how courteous and respectful everyone is when I call to talk about challenges I may be having with the pool or equipment.

They are a also an authorized warranty service and repair company for Pentair. I have had Justin come out a couple times for equipment failures with Pentair. So far everything has been covered by warranty. Justin is always super professional and takes the time to make sure you understand what has failed and how they plan on correcting it.

Rocklin Pool and Spa’s pricing is very competitive, if not better than many other pool services around. There are several options for services packages they provide. As I said earlier, there are many pool services out there and this is the one I recommend!

We've been using Rocklin Pool & Spa for the past 15 years for random repair work. I recently had some leaks that needed to be addressed. Justin came out quickly and made all the repairs. Everything is explained well, quality of work is excellent, and Justin then came by a few days later just to check on everything. Fantastic service as always!!

It is hard to find a reliable pool service company these days. It’s impossible to speak to someone, yet alone, get them out to repair your pool equipment or explain anything to you. This is not the case with Rocklin Pool & Spa. We had a pump go out and Linda answered the phone (#1) and relayed to a technician. Justin was able to come out within a day to diagnose and get us an estimate. He worked with us when scheduling the actual repair and did an amazing job installing. He is thorough and cares about his work. The best part is he took extra time to explain everything about our pool and equipment. We are not regular service customers of theirs, yet they still gave us the time and responded, something our current pool service does not do. Refreshing these days. Highly recommend.
