Called on a Tuesday to make an appointment and had someone out the next day - technician figured the problem out and had the job done within a couple of hours - that’s including getting the part needed- she went above and beyond- Excellent service!

Debbie’s service is excellent. Our furnace failed, and she sent Brett out to evaluate the problem quickly. Aloha Heating & Cooling gave us options, including repair of our 20 year old system or replacement with furnaces of different efficiencies and price. The bids were straightforward and clear. No pressure of any kind. She and her staff were on time and respectful of our needs, including regarding COVID precautions. Debbie expedited the necessary duct efficiency testing and the sign off for the permit by the building inspector. She also registered our new furnace for the warranty, one less thing for us to do. We are pleased with her responsiveness and service.
