Highly qualified and skillful Technicians completed the installation of a brand new Home HVAC System. Work was executed in an organized and systematic manner, from start to finish. Installation was done correctly with no need for rework. Work place was kept clean at all times. Excellent job performance.

They installed a Lennox furnace and heat pump through the Costco program. No problems with the furnace, thus giving them 2 stars for that. The heat pump has been a total nightmare though. I will never buy another Lennox heat pump. Too many problems to list here. I’ve filed a complaint with Costco and waiting to hear back from them.

My Lennox 2 stage HVAC unit was blowing hot air, so called EH&A. Carlos came out 2 days later and did a thorough diagnosis and explained every step of his process with me which was appreciated. Unfortunately our Compressor went out. Carlos’s explanation was it was equivalent to a humans heart. He did mention my HVAC unit was still under warranty, so instead of $11,000 for a new compressor, it is $3,500. Carlos was a true professional and even installed a new furnace filter we had which involved him going in the attic to install. Overall solid service. We also have a service plan with EH&A, so they come out on a regular basis for both our heating and air conditioning.
