In June of this year, America’s Advantage Remodeling did a remodel of our master bathroom…..Eugene came by to estimate the project which came in as a very reasonable bid…..we scheduled a start date and Andrey arrived promptly that day to begin…..after demo, plumbing issues arose which he was able to overcome but stayed from 8:00 am in the morning till 7:00 pm that evening just so we would have water that night…..the few days involved installing shower pan, quartz wall panels, shower fixtures, shower doors, grab bars, electrical outlets, toilet and LVP flooring….Andrey did an amazing job on our bath remodel……I would recommend AAR and Andrey for my future remodeling needs

What can we say??? Amazing !!! We had 3 other companies come out & Eugene was amazing with our estimate. We told him what we needed & he came through. Communication was amazing from the start. We gave them a time line we needed and they did better than we even asked ! In just 3 days this is what my kitchen became. The crews were so wonderful and respectful as I was working from home during the construction. They consulted with us through out to make sure everything was perfect. They are pros at what they do, as they suggested what would look best - they were right. I can't recommend them enough ! Now it's time to start our bathrooms. Thank you for our beautiful Kitchen!

What an amazing kitchen transformation by America’s Advantage Remodeling. Wow! Process seemed so seamless & efficient. They provided a 3D visual detailed layout to show how the kitchen would actually turn out & how every cabinet & drawer function, which was very helpful in making it easy to finalize all the details!
Installation started off with AAR crew thoroughly masking areas to contain dust & protecting areas, did quick 1st long day of demolition & clean up, 2nd & 3rd days worked on rough electrical & rough plumbing, 4th day drywall repairs, 5th day painting & flooring, 6-7th day installed new white traditional shaker cabinets. Cabinets were great quality with solid wood doors & frames, true good grade engineered plywood constructed sides backs & bottom cabinet box frames, soft closing hardware, full extension drawers, strong dove tail drawers boxes, no particle board or pressed wood anywhere on cabinets, adjustable shelves, lazy smart Susan cabinet to avoid lower blind content, diagonal upper corner cabinet to avoid blind upper, nice tall crown moldings, very thoughtfully placed functional pull outs in pantry & lower large cabinets.  On day 8 & 9 they installed Quartz Calacata counter tops, under mount sink & faucet. On 10th & 11th day worked on backsplash areas & grouting.
On day 12 installed appliances, knobs & handles on cabinets.
Day 13 was day for deep cleaning for a new kitchen & areas around it, resetting furniture back in place.

Eugene, Art and crew were amazing! They came to do a partial remodel of my kitchen and started by giving me great advice about placement of cabinetry and appliances. They suggested things that hadn’t occurred to me. And then they scheduled work and completed it quickly and with a lot of attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely have them first on my list for future projects! And, my kitchen turned out great! It feels double the size and the work flow is so much better! I love it!!!

Vlad, Dimitri, and the rest of the guys have done two big projects on our 100 year old house this year. They are always available quickly, flexible in their work, and communicative throughout. We’ve been so happy with the work done and our house looks absolutely stunning! The prices have been fair and estimates spot-on to final cost. 10/10 would recommend them for your next project!

We are so happy with the work that AAdvantage Remodeling did for us. This was my first remodel project and Vlad and Dmitriv helped explain everything patiently to me. They were always responsive and on top of things. I had a deadline to finish our remodel project before the winter, since our cabin is a STR and we wanted it to be available for the ski season. They were quick and were the only ones that were able to start when we wanted to and finished within a 2-3 month timeframe. We had a lot done including a kitchen and 3 bathroom remodel, all hardwood floors, full house painting/staining, some light fixtures, a balcony remodel and changing two windows. It was a lot but they never said no, and were willing to work with me. Their whole team was amazing and I love how they are not only a team but a family. Everyone works hard and is willing to help even beyond the remodel. We had some furniture deliveries during that period which they helped with. I could trust and depend on them and I highly recommend them for your next project large or small. Their cost is also reasonable. The only disappointment is that I wish they would work in the South Bay, cause my own home could use some improvements. =)

This happened back in May, but we have been so busy we haven’t gotten to writing this review until now. We are remodeling our kitchen and fixing our deck and decided to get estimates from three different companies. We had already ruled out one company when we saw that the reviews of AAR on google were excellent. We were very hopeful we could work with them. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the estimator Vlad and ultimately decided to go with a different company. We made an appointment with Vlad on a Wednesday. Four hours before he was supposed to come, the company called and said that he could not make it. We were very unhappy with them because that seemed extremely unprofessional. Anyway, we rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Vlad seemed in a major rush and could not get out of our house fast enough. That gave us pause, but we still gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would give us the estimate by the following Wednesday. We did not receive the estimate that next Wednesday as promised, so we called and he said that with Memorial Day he was behind schedule and he would give it to us in a day or two. Two days later we still did not get the estimate so we called and left a message. The following Tuesday, 13 days after his initial visit he gives us the estimate for the kitchen only. We had wanted an estimate for both the kitchen and the deck. The price was reasonable, so we told him that we were looking forward to receiving an estimate for the deck. If that was reasonable as well, we were thinking of selecting AAR for the work. However, we never heard back about the price for the deck. We then decided that AAR did not want our business, and made an appointment with a third company. The estimator from that company came out, and stayed with us for a long time going over everything that we wanted done. The very next day he had the estimates for both the kitchen and the deck. We definitely felt like we would be in much better hands with the third company than with AAR, so we went with them.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They listened to my ideas and provided valuable suggestions that transformed my vision into reality.

The craftsmanship is top-notch, with beautiful cabinetry, and a layout that maximizes both space and functionality. They completed the project on time and within budget, which is a rarity in home renovations. Eugene did an excellent job laying out the plan for us. Dimitriy was patient, prompt and communicative every step of the way. His recommendations helped us build a perfect kitchen for our family.

America’s Advantage Remodeling completed a huge remodel of our home. We removed 5 walls and created an open floor plan. Their employees are all very professional and respectful. They also treated our animals very well and the dogs were always excited to see them. Especially Steven. Everything was done to code and they pulled all the correct permits. We have referred them to multiple neighbors and friends and everyone loves them.

We recently had our 1972 yr old home remodeled by Americas advantage remodeling . They did an awesome job and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They remodeled our kitchen, removed and replaced the old flooring and replaced the door casings throughout our home. This was a major complete renovation updating our 1930’s built home with preserving original old charm and complete home updating: electrical, plumbing, drywall, complete kitchen remodel with custom white shaker cabinetry, Calacata quartz counter tops, stacked full tile backsplash, custom hood wrap, GE kitchen appliances, 2 bathrooms major complete remodel with new walk in shower & tub, frameless glass shower doors & partial glass wall, black fixtures, new tile & higher grade lvp luxury vinyl planks flooring, opened area by removed wall separating kitchen & dining - for a spacious open modern kitchen concept!!

We had a fantastic experience with America's Advantage. What a total transformation of our house. I highly recommend this company! The prices were competitive with no surprises in the end. They were upfront about everything. Vlad and Dmitriy were great to work with. They listened to our wishes and adjusted anytime we had a special request. I appreciated how responsive they were with any questions or concerns I reached out with. The entire crew was professional and friendly. And, they completed our project in under the 8 weeks they projected. We completely gutted our kitchen and had flooring and paint done throughout the main areas of our house which included taking down a couple walls. The kitchen was finished and fully functional within 5 weeks and the remainder of the project within 7. I had gotten 4 bids and really took the time to research each company and stressed over making my decision, but I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Americas Advantage Remodeling (AAR) recently remodeled my entire kitchen and they exceeded all my expectations! I was looking for a contractor a few months ago to redo my old kitchen, and based on the online reviews I decided to contact this company for an onsite visit and pricing. Eugene, the owner, called me back right away and scheduled an appointment for the following week and showed up as promised. We discussed what I had in mind, and he gave me some great suggestions that I could have never thought of. Since I work with contractors for a living, I knew right away this guy knows what he’s talking about and is experienced. He took all the measurements and we spent over an hour and a half discussing various aspects of the work. I will be replacing my entire kitchen; cabinets, counter tops, all appliances, sink, faucet, flooring, base boards, painting, and lighting. He answered all my questions. I could tell he was genuinely interested in doing the work. He gave me a verbal ball park price as he was leaving that was within my budget and a few days later sent me a complete written proposal itemizing all the work and material. He invited me to his show room in Roseville to look and select the cabinets and counter tops. I visited their show room and was impressed with the products. Eugene helped with the selection. They are quality material! After checking with one of the big box home improvement stores, whose pricing was approaching the quote from AAR minus quite a bit of work, I decided to sign the contract with AAR. I liked the fact Eugene allowed me time to decide and wasn’t pressuring me to sign the contract.

Work started three weeks later. Dimitri, the project manager, took over as my contact and kept me informed. Steven and Jacob did excellent work. They showed up every day until the work was done in two weeks. The countertops were done by others, but they too took pride in their work. No matter big or small they paid attention to detail. I was always annoyed by the gas line behind the Gas Range that made the Range stick out and they brought in a specialist to redo the gas pipe. Now the Range is aligned with the cabinets. We encountered a drain pipe leak in one of the walls that was fixed for a nominal change order cost. My kitchen now looks beautiful and functional. I like the “Lazy Susan” and the draw-out cabinets including the draw-out waste bin and the under-mount large sink.

Thank You Eugene, Dimitri, Steven, Jacob and everyone else who came out. I have never written an online review, but you guys did such a good job that I think deserves recognition, and I want to help others looking online for a good contractor!

This is a family based business and each member is a high quality professional in his trade. They are all good people. They listened to our concerns and delivered our dreams in this Remodeling project.

American Advantage Remodeling worked very closely with us to do some remodeling in our home. They remodeled our main bathroom, which was very small with a pedestal sink, and a very old, fiberglass tub/shower, see photos. The tile was put in beautifully; we also had radiant floor heat installed that cost very little compared to the warmth and impact it has on the comfort of the bathroom.

They also put in new wood flooring in one bedroom and a built-in a bookshelf in the hallway - see photos. The job included a lot of work changing walls to recapture more space in the home itself, adding a pantry, we never had before, and also a utility closet.

Eugene, the owner and estimator, walked through all of our requests and concerns regarding the work, and came up with an excellent plan to help resolve the issues that we had been dealing with for over 15 years. Dmitriy, his manager, continued to work with us throughout the job to modify change and fine-tune what we desired in terms of the home. He and often his crew, provided suggestions beyond what we could imagine, that has created a wonderful change in the comfort of our home.

They widened our doorways to accommodate handicap access, installed three new doors, provided imperfect smooth work on our walls in our living area, installed lighting for our artwork, allowing us to display generations of family paintings and other artwork.

For a number of these changes, we realized that we wanted them after the contract was signed. With any other contractor we would have had to sign a series of change orders that would increase the price of the job. Despite the many changes, they stayed within the job’s budget and still provided excellent work and services. Their main goal was to ensure our satisfaction with the job. It was to make sure that we had a home we loved.

The work was professional, timely, and every day we knew who would be there and what they would be working on. Every single worker who came to our home was kindly, pleasant, receptive, and excellent at what they did.
