Parking a vehicles in high traffic bike lanes in front of schools doesn't seem like beat practices as the kids are forced out into incoming traffic to get around your truck. This may be more the case as there was open parking off the street 20 yards around the corner. .

Their gardners rush their work, leave a mess and seem like they don't care about doing a good job.

They show a complete disregard for people’s vehicles. They left my car covered with debris and don’t care at all!

A crew came to spray at a city park where my family was playing. Instead of just going ahead, they came over and respectfully asked how much longer we would be there because they didn't want to spray near our kids. We were leaving anyway, but really appreciated the courtesy and information. Super great experience!

They service Feist park by the elementary schools and found my son’s phone. When I activated it as lost they contacted me immediately. Great integrity and honesty. Thank you so much!

Nice workers and I always get the help I need when I have questions. They have a good warranty so that’s very helpful. Overall great store.

So busy it was a mess. Bags of bark are the cheapest in town when they run the special. This weekend is the special. The parking lot is full of bags of bark... Take your time and have fun.

Good store but they don't have a terminal that accepts Mobile Payment Methods

I have liked other Home Depot’s in the past. I have lived in this area for 4years. THIS location has only gotten worse. Bad service, un-knowledgeable staff, and the younger ones are far too arrogant combined with that ignorance. Since last year, management has happily refused to enforce mask wearing and social distancing. On paper (and with signage) they do. But, in practice, they don’t. The smirk on the store manager’s maskless face when I would address the matter with them said plenty to me as well. Now, when I call the location in Stanford Ranch, I get kind, friendly, effective service. I call THIS location... the Gardening “team member” picks up, holds the phone without saying so much as “hello” and without hesitation continues to talk to someone else for about a minute before hanging up in me!!!! No words to me even when I started with “hello”!

I have had enough! I would rather drive to Stanford Ranch from Granite Bay than to deal with these useless lackeys!
