We called for a mini emergency to remove a dead animal from our attic the day before we were headed out of town for a trip. They came out promptly, removed the animal, inspected for holes/access for future entry, then closed off that access with quality craftsmanship. Dylan was very kind and professional along the way. Had a bad bat problem and creature catchers saved the day! Dylan was extremely knowledgeable on the subject. He was very punctual and went above and beyond with communication. The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. The bats are gone and I couldn’t be happier.

Creature Catchers is professional, dependable, knowledgeable and compassionate. We hired Dylan to catch and release the critter that was peeling up our lawn. He set out traps and cameras. He checked with us every morning to see if there was anything in the trap. He returned promptly once we had captured first a possum, then a raccoon. It’s nice to know that he relocates them to wildlife management approved areas. We are now hiring him to capture a squirrel that is sneaking into our attic. I give Creature Catchers my highest endorsement!

We had an opossum living under our house, along with her FLEAS, and we had no choice but to get rid of her (I know it was a she because of her dead babies that had drowned in our pool). We called around to different places, like Tara did, and Creature Catchers were the only ones who could help us for a reasonable amount of money. I talked to Steve, the owner, and he suggested things we could do to save money, but in the end, we needed them, and his son Dylan came out to trap the opossum. He was very prompt, professional, and humane. It was a relief working with a company that prefers to relocate, not kill, the wildlife. TOP NOTCH! It was important to me to work with a small, family-run business on relocating a family of foxes from my property because even making the decision to get them relocated was a very emotional decision for me. So, I wanted to find a local company where I could talk to the owner and see if I was making the right decision.

I called Creature Catchers on a Monday. Steve, one of the owners, called me back relatively quickly that same day. We discussed the foxes (Mama and four pups) and he suggested I could save some money and try something that were make them uninterested in my property before having Steve come out. But, within a short time after my conversation with Steve, I heard a horrible noise right outside my kitchen window and found that the mama fox had just killed a squirrel and what I was hearing were the shrieks of the squirrel as it was dying. It was terrible. Plus, the fox had a vicious fight with my cat, the pups were wandering all over my front yard and the family had eaten all the frogs in my pond. They had to move.

So, I quickly called Steve back and said I appreciated his wanting to help me save some money with a suggestion that would probably work. But I wanted to BE SURE the foxes were gone. So he said he’d have his son Dylan call me. Dylan did right away and scheduled the next day to come out. Steve even called back after Dylan’s call just to be sure Dylan had connected with me.

Well, to make a long story longer, Dylan was GREAT! He was sensitive about not wanting to hurt the animals. We caught the whole family of five in two nights and off they went to a lovely area with a lake and lots of area to roam free. The mama had even brought a dead rodent for the pups before she was caught and it was laying by the cage. So, I asked Dylan if he’d also take it with them and he replied, he’d take it along as a “road snack” for them. He was very personable to deal with on the whole thing.

I hope I never have another need, but if I do, I will call Creature Catchers in a heartbeat because they were top notch in solving my problem!

Steve and Dylan were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Dylan arrived promptly the morning after I called to
remove an injured/sick bat from our porch. He inspected our home and also offered guidance on how to protect our home from further creatures. By far, the best and possibly the only in the area with the resources to handle this - we called many other pest control, animal control and wildlife organizations and none were able to help. Highly recommend!

If you have unwanted critters, this is who you want to use. Dylan is amazing. When I called he came out the same day, he was able to fit into his schedule and it was around Christmas time. You won't be disappointed and he knows his job for sure.

A squirrel (or two) chewed their way into the attic space of my parent’s house. I found Creature Catchers in an online search and I am so glad I reached out to them. They answered the phone, even though I called after their posted hours (I expected to leave a message); gave us a tip on how to drive out the squirrel until they could get there; and then showed up promptly. Dylan did a great job of finding the access points the squirrels were using (and evidence of previous critters); put a plan in place to ensure they were out of the house and then returned to patch everything up. Dylan consistently communicated, was neat and professional. And for the time, materials and number of visits they made; their fees were very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dylan was fantastic! Super profession and works hard to solve our rodent issue. He can same day as I need rats removed asap. Our rental unit was going to have movers in 2 days. Creature Catchers was great to work with! The initial inspection was super thorough and gave us a detailed understanding what we were dealing with (rats/squirrels). Dylan spent his time going over all our options to keep rats/squirrels out of our attic.We haven't had any critter issues since Creature Catchers sealed up our attic and we trimmed back our trees from the house.

Dylan trapped two baby possums in our backyard, Are dog had been terrorizing them for multiple nights and we were stressed trying to protect the possums. He is not pushy. He set two traps in our yard and the following morning we found the two young possums in the same trap, unharmed. Dylan was timely, courteous, and professional. He had very good communication skills and maintained follow up connection and answered any questions that arose, promptly.
The task at hand was to remove or rid the home’s crawl space from rats. Then to secure home from re-entry from roof line to ground line. All the work was completed in an expedient and thorough manner.
Dylan took before and after photos and also sent them in a file the following day.

Dylan was great! He’s diligent, friendly and thorough. He came out to consult on a skunk problem we were having in our backyard. He gave us a thorough explanation of what we were dealing with, a clear plan and a fair quote. He installed barriers to keep the skunk from under our deck and set a trap to catch anything living under there. He followed up with us daily until we were confident the skunk had left. He was such a pleasure throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend him and Creature Catchers enough.

I contacted Creature Catchers when the rats that I’ve somehow tolerated in my crawl space and attic made their way into my house. Dylan did a very thorough inspection, clearly pointing out to me what kind of work he would need to do to exclude the rats from all of these areas. I hired him for this job and couldn’t have been more pleased with his hard work, professionalism, and thoroughness. I had bats in my chimney and called Creature Catchers. My experience was great. Dylan was outstanding and I would recommend this company to family and friends without reservation. As a local business with much experience, they were easy to deal with, and there was none of miscommunication, over-sell and unpredictability of dealing with a large company or corporation. They were quick to respond (the next morning), and communication was excellent in all respects, beginning with arrival times and all aspects of the plan. Dylan was highly professional, performed a thorough inspection and shared the results clearly, evaluated the problem and explained the plan and solution very clearly, discussed options and cost in very straight-forward manner, cleaned up completely and made the entire experience positive, despite the presence of bats in my house (they found them in my attic too) being mortifying. It was actually entertaining to sit with my wife on the deck after sunset for a coupt of evenings and watch the bats being unable to re-enter where they had been nesting after the bat exclusion system was set up. After three nights the bats gave up and moved on. The care and respect that Dylan had for wildlife was impressive. It was great that there was an intervention that got the bats to move out permanently without having to harm them, and left us relieved and with stories to tell.
