Called specialized plumbing and sewer repair for a full 80' trenchless sewer line replacement. Angela was very friendly with a quick response time and got me on the schedule first thing the next day for Charles to come out and assess the situation. I am always hesitant to call and ask for help because you never know if a company will be honest with you. In this situation I am happy I made the call. Charles and Angela were honest with me from the start. They let me know they needed to come out and asses the work before I could get a quote, they let me know they would make the best recommendation and most cost efficient one for me. I was able to hear the reassurance in their voice. I felt comfortable working with them. So it became easier to say yes come into my home and do the work. New homes can be tricky but they where able to do maintenance on my plumbing and reassure me that everything would be working properly again.

Called at 7am and service arrived by 1:15pm. My main sewer line was cleaned out along with the master shower drain. All my questions were quickly answered, fast efficient service performed and the price was reasonable.

I have known Charles and Angela at Specialized Plumbing and Sewer, Roseville, for about 20 years, when Charles first replaced a very heavy water heater that was hooked up to a radiant heat system as well as the hot water supply. The most recent visit, they plumbed a new bathroom and ran the pipes under a slab driveway to put in the sewer system and clean-outs. Charles and Angela work brilliantly as a team. They know everything about plumbing, front end and back end. They have the fancy equipment, the experience, and can manage the extra manpower when needed. They are prompt, focused, efficient, knowledgable, and are by far the nicest professionals I have ever worked with. Their customer interactions are superb. And they have a new truck that looks like a mini-Home Depot inside, so they can avoid having to go shop. I highly recommend them! Definitely a 5-star team (I would give them 6 stars if I could!)
