Thank you Alex…nice job

I have no words to explain his ability and creativity. We contacted him and he came to home on time. In-spite of lots of huddle fixing my water pipeline. He calmly removed huddle one by one and fixed the pipe perfectly. He is intelligent and out of the box thinker. He is an expert of his job.

Alex is a hardworking and very experienced professional. He has completed multiple projects at my home with high quality. I highly recommend him.

Alex is a very good person. He used his professionalism and patience to explain many engineering principles to us. He carefully analyzed the problems and told us his construction sequence. He also considered how to protect the family when there are babies at home. It is cleaner, hygienic and safer. The floor tiles in the shower room are seamless. Alex specially helped me match the color to the wall, which makes me feel very relieved. The price is also reasonable! Highly recommend him!

Alex is truth worthy, reliable, did a very job.
Hire him, you won’t regret it.

Alex at LA Construction provided me a competitive quote for room restoration after a water leak. I chose him out of 4 bids because he had a more complex view of what needed to be done.He was very specific in the types of adhesives for high placed wall tile and took time to waterproof all the installed wood. He has electrician skills and added a wall fan and special effect channel lighting and added extra outlets for convenience. His flooring fit and finish was excellent, and I had him continue work in 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. He was able to diagnose shoddy beams and wood structure by simply measuring. He saved me money by jacking up my roof and replacing major beams for support.

He is also trained in HVAC, and connected me with a reputable company to replace 4 heat pumps.

I would summarize his abilities as a true artisan. He has expedience in total building refurbishment in old New York buildings, and even with this experience he was always open to a different approach and always honored my input. His bids were fair and he often saved me large amounts knowing where to get materials at an advantageous price. I have enjoyed his friendship in addition to his great work.

Last Tuesday afternoon, I encountered a team that truly understands the art of termite detection. Their thoroughness was impressive, meticulously examining every nook and cranny of my home. They took their time explaining each step, which I appreciated. The peace of mind I've gained knowing my home is safe from termites is invaluable. Highly recommended for anyone needing a detailed inspection.

After a quick call, the plumber showed up right on time and tackled the toilet installation with impressive skill. The entire process was seamless, and they left the bathroom spotless. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to explain everything. They even checked other fixtures to ensure everything was in order. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about their work and customers.

After battling a leaky faucet for weeks, I finally called in a professional, and it was the best decision ever. The plumber arrived promptly, assessed the situation in about 15 minutes, and had my new faucet installed within the hour. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend!
