I was skeptical after seeing all the bad reviews but AT Appliance did a great job on our washer repair. The Tech. arrived on the day and well within the time frame of the appointment and evaluated our washer. The next day got notified the parts were ordered. About a week later the parts arrived and a repair appointment was made for the next day. Again the Tech. arrived well within the time frame and took about 15 minutes to complete the repair. I appreciated the job that was done by everybody.

Would not recommend at all. 0 stars. I’ve been waiting three weeks for Keisha or a manager to call me back. They told me they could not fix my oven (after about 6 trips spending hours each time) and offered to come and pick it up. Keisha told my home warranty something different. Stalled me another three, almost four, weeks to get my oven replaced. Was never fixed. They were also unaware the first two months of trying that TWO people were coming to my house. I had someone that did not work for the company coming to my house!! Were not vetted! Unbelievable!

HORRIBLE!!!! Absolutely horrible! Took FOREVER to "fix" my fridge and ice maker only to have to break again less than a month later!!! Pick another company please! Don't waste your time with this company. You will be disappointed.
