We are utterly delighted with this company from start to finish...just great, honorable, and exceptionally proficient. Frank provided an estimate just two days after we visited the Home and Garden Show in Roseville...what a great personality...just the kind of person you immediately like, trust, and respect.
Today, the installation team of Dominic and Jed arrived exactly on time...I do not see how two such little guys could handle this job, but they did with style and perfection. Dominic, the installer, was stellar, and Jed, his assistant, was no slouch himself...they make a great team.
They left the worksite spotless and clean...very thorough, and very proficient...both are great guys! We would recommend this company and team to anyone who wants a perfect job and utterly honorable and an incredibly skilled installation team. Linda sends "hugs" to Axel :)

Today, Eric Vargas and his son Fabian came to repair some drywall near the fan install...What an amazing team!! Absolutely fantastic people and stellar workmanship...the nicest people one would ever want to meet...the work?? Utter perfection...Eric is an artist...I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any general contracting job...he is amazing, and is teaching his son the trade...We are grateful to Whole Fan Company for introducing us to these wonderful people...we would trust them with any job that needed to be done...just so talented, honorable, and delightful people...we love them!

The Whole House Fan Company is an efficient and friendly owned company that provided excellent and affordable installation services. They were professional, timely, and communicative, and the execution of their work was outstanding. If you are looking to have a house fan installed or repaired, I cannot recommend their services enough.

Customer service was awesome. The installation went smoothly and I couldn’t believe how clean they kept the area during the process. The price was cheaper than I would have thought. Cooled the house off quickly. Would recommend this company to anyone thinking about installing a whole house fan. 👍

Had the pleasure of working with Eric and another gentleman, didn’t get his name. These guys arrived right on time, provided great communication and excellent service. They were also very thoughtful working around my kids who were curious about all the sounds they were hearing during installation. I hopefully won’t have to replace my whole house fan again any time soon, but if I do I know who to call! Highly recommend

We absolutely love our whole house fan and only wish we had done it sooner. The company is wonderful to work with and Mike and Kip did a fabulous job in just two hours. We would highly recommend this company. We have only had it for 3 days and it has made such a difference with capturing that early morning fresh air and not using ac until much later in the day.

We are really excited to now have a whole house fan installed in our home! We had a consultation with Zach, who was very professional and friendly. We were sold immediately! They were so accommodating with scheduling a date and time that worked for us! On the day of installation, Erich called and asked if he could come a little early (we were scheduled for 12 noon on Saturday), so yes, of course, let's get this beautiful day started! We met Erich and Billy out front and were quickly comfortable with them. They got right to work and were very clean and professional throughout the whole job! So now you can bring on the summer heat because we're ready!!!

This is our 2nd fan with this company. They were professional, prompt, and great to work with just like the previous installation. Once you have one of these fans it's so hard to live without one. We have saved so much money running a whole house fan as soon as the temp outside reaches 78 degrees. I highly recommended a whole house fan and Whole House Fan Co to install it.

Great company! I was referred by a friend that had a whole house fan installed. Their technician came over and gave me a very reasonable quote, so I scheduled the installation for a few days later. Installation went great. They were quick and my fan was installed within an hour. I used it for the first time last night and it was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff at all aspects was a pleasure to work with. After arranging the installation of a pair of whole house fans, I decided to have permitting done. They were patient with my choice and helped get the right items to the city. Install was completed and the city said they had done a real nice job. And the fans work great but are super quiet. Thanks for helping me cool down my house!

Very easy to deal with. Narrow window for appointment not to waste my time waiting for them. Very knowledgeable salesperson. Gave us different options and their recommendation which unit would work the best.

Many kudos to the sales & installation teams at Whole House Fan company! Awesome, awesome, awesome experience and love my new attic fans! I had them add R49 insulation in my attic, a QuietCool Whole House Fan and an additional QuietCool attic fan. Wow! It works beautifully. I am so thrilled and wished I would’ve done this many years ago. My air conditioner hardly runs now in this scorching Sacramento heat ever since I had the these products installed, so I’ve been saving a lot of money since installation day. I run the Whole House Fan for a few hours late evening and another few hours early morning to cool the house and attic. During the heat of the day, the additional attic fan that they installed runs to pull the heat out of the attic. It is amazing. I can’t thank Whole House Fan company enough for selling the awesome QuietCool products and for the stellar team that they have.

If I had one thing I could suggest to do for customers… I think they would really appreciated if you would take before & after pictures of the work you do in the attic. That would be the icing on the cake for customers! Given we normally don’t go up in our attic, it would be nice to show us the wonderful job you did and it also gives us an idea of what and how things were installed. My roofer takes before and after pictures and I just think it’s such an awesome idea and I’m very grateful that he does that so that I have a better understanding of the changes that were made. I hope you will consider this suggestion for future.

The Whole House Fan Team were amazing! During the initial consultation they went over every detail and gave me several options. I was able to have the installation the next day. The installation team was efficient and very friendly. They took pride in leaving my house as clean as before the install. Completely satisfied and wish I would have purchased fan years ago!

Stopped by booth at CalExpo Home & Garden Exhibit. Made appointment with Karla. Shortly thereafter Frank arrived at my home to provide quote for a QuietCool smart-attic fan; extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional! I accepted the quote and Ged the installer promptly arrived the next day. Ged exceeded my expectations! He explained the features, demonstrated the smart app and installed the fan. Since I’m not one to frequent the attic he even provided pics of the installed fan and connectivity, The Whole House Fan company has ole school values and customer service. Karla, Crystal, Frank and Ged provide best in class customer experience!

Dealing with the Whole House Fan Co. reps were was a good experience. Everybody was very professional, detailed and appeared to be very knowledgeable. The installers kept me updated on their arrival time. When the installers arrived, they did a nice clean job. Also we’re very knowledgeable and professional. Now I’ll wait till the hot weather and see how this thing cools the house. It seems to draw a lot of air upon testing it.

I had a Whole House Fan installed. Appointment made quickly. Installer Jed arrived on time and installation was quick and through. Installation and operation instructions gone over with Jed were very through.

Everything is great, but many things are closed, and you have to wait a long time for someone to open them.

A! FLORIN HOME DEPOT HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE N SOME OF THE PERSONAL GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO SEE YOU SATISFIED.. THEY SEEM TO FEEL WORTHY WHEN YOU GIVE THEM QUESTIONS THAT YOU DON'T NO THE ANSWER.. THERE A PROUD BUNCH .. VERY FORTUNATE IS HOME DEPOT TO HAVE PERSONAL THAT SEEM TO ENJOY WHAT THEY DO... I GIVE THAT LOCATION AN A ... THEY DISERVE IT...

This store always has what I need. Whether its a fridge filter for moms or cleaning supplies for my place. An if they don't have it they will order it to ship to home. Can't go wrong with The Home Depot.

I went to this Home Depot to return two air compressors I purchased about a month ago that stopped working. I had my receipt, and the serial numbers matched, but the employee refused the return simply because the tools “looked used.”

I understand normal policies, but this was a defective product issue, not just a regular return. The attitude I received was also disappointing and not helpful at all.

I ended up going to another Home Depot location, and they replaced them without any problem.

This store really needs better training on how to handle customer service situations like this.
