Avail did a fantastic job retrofitting LED lighting for about 40k sqft of floorspace and offices, as well as outside parking lot lighting and wallpacks. Their communication was very good, pricing was very reasonable, and they left every area they worked in cleaner then when they arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for large scope commercial work.

My business has had the same lighting system for 35 years. It had old bulbs and fixtures that used a lot of energy and expensive bulbs that had to be replaced regularly. The color of the light was absolutely bad. The way the fixtures were oriented and the amount of light meant that there were dark spots in my salon. It was so hard to see, sometimes I had to take clients outside to see their hair color.

Avail transformed my business for the better. The lights are aligned to the workstations and the lighting coverage is even. The fixtures are uniform and modern. The color of the light is all the same now and I can see clearly. The light level and color is good now. My clients noticed right away. I am very happy with my new lights. The new lights are all LED; so I won’t be burdened with maintenance costs or hassles. The new fixtures are way more efficient and I expect save almost $600/year. For a small business like mine, every little bit counts.

Avail Services installed LED fixtures in our plating shop, and did a great job despite difficult access to some areas, and were very professional. But their lack of responsiveness when we had problems with a few of the fixtures was horrible and unacceptable. Half the time no human answered during business hours. When I was able to leave a message with the receptionist, I never got a call back. Trying every couple of months to reach the right person, it took about a year to get a response. Finally, after the fixtures were replaced, they left an invoice with no cost filled in. I have called twice this week leaving messages and feel like I am in for the same exasperating cycle--and this return call is necessary for them to get payment for their work. I cannot recommend Avail Services -- until they can get the "Services" part right, a customer's efforts to communicate with them may be to no "avail".
