Exterior Pro Cleaning power washed my 20x11 cement patio today and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Alina was quick to provide a quote and booking via Yelp. The cost was comparable to quotes from other businesses. They came out today and got the job done efficiently! They are very professional and courteous. They ran the hose from my front driveway, through my entry way and straight to the backyard (this is the only way to access). They were so considerate with keeping my floors clean during the service and afterwards. I highly recommend this family owned business!

Really got from initial call it was fast and efficient accommodating on days and times with my schedule! Pricing reasonable explained all that entails before they started! Appreciated the before and after photos cleaning service self went smoothly also appreciate the different payment options mailed it easily on me I’m excited to now start getting more energy production with my now clean shiny panels!!

It's not often you get 5 star service these days, but Alex and Alina really came through for us. They did an outstanding job cleaning the moss off the roof of our vintage 2 story home, pressure washing a LOT of cement hardscape and cleaning the exteriors of many paned windows - washing the screens as well. We were getting our home ready to put on the market, and right after they had the place looking perfect, a 2-day wind storm wrecked absolute havoc (we have a 100 year old sycamore tree). They came back and did a fast clean up for us at the last minute, making it possible to meet our listing deadline. They are reasonably priced, meticulous and easy-going with a can-do attitude that we really appreciate!

I DID NOT NEED MY SOLAR ARAY CLEANED AT THIS TIME SO I HAD THEM DO MY GUTTERS. I HAVE A LARGE TWO STORY HOME IN ROCKLIN AND NEEDED MY GUTTERS CLEANED BEFORE WINTER STORMS HIT. THEY GAVE A VERY FAIR BID, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB WITH THE GUTTERS, WITH BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES AND VIDEOS.
THEY LITERALLY CLEANED UP SO WELL ON DRIVEWAY SIDE WALKS AND POOLDECK OUT BACK WHERE SPOTLESS.
I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM TO COME BACK OUT THIS SPRING TO HAVE THEM DO MY SOLAR ARAY.

We hired solar pro cleaning to power wash our solar panels and deep clean the roof from debris and moss. They did a fantastic job and my panels and roof look like new! Alex and Alina did an excellent job of cleaning our gutters and were efficient. They even accommodated an extra request for power washing our front terrace and door entrance despite it getting dark outside in the evening. They also provided recommendations for keeping birds away from the roof area near the entrance to our home. They are great to work with and are diligent in doing complete and quality work. Alex and Alina did an outstanding job removing the moss and algae from our roof. Years of lazy neglect on my part made it quite the job. They handled it beautifully and gave me some solid recommendations and observations about the future needs of my roof that I appreciate. I will definitely be using them again if needed.
