We worked with George. He is very dedicated and professional. He brought others for specific jobs. They were very family friendly and trustworthy. George did exactly what he said he would down to the last detail. We recommend him highly.

I am very glad that I found this company. Their employees are qualified and did an excellent job. The repair took a little time, about two weeks. Now I enjoy using the bathroom every day. I plan to hire Pro Construction Solution in the near future. I will be happy to call you again.

I contacted Paul based on the excellent reviews but sad to say that my experience wasn't the same. I have a 3 bedroom home w/ loft where I am looking to enclose the loft to be a 4th bedroom for my growing family. Paul was pretty helpful on the phone and seemed willing to help when I told him what we were looking to do. He said it is definitely likely something he can do and asked me to shoot him over some pictures of the loft space via sms which I did immediately. However, since then I haven't heard from him after multiple call attempts and text follow ups.
Unfortunately, no response still after 4 days so assuming my project & business isn't something he wants to take on. I even let him know that if it's something he can't help with at this time due to other priorities, it's no problem but would simply appreciate a response out of courtesy so that I can move on in my search and not feel like I'm left hanging.

The owner attempted to reach out saying he never heard from me as you can see in his response below. I have supplied screenshots of my attempts and phone calls as well. That being said, I appreciate his attempt to correct following my review but I've already decided to move forward with another company given these challenges.
